About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I will regularly keep you updated with visits and can follow whatever special instructions necessary! I’ll treat your pet like family and hopefully keep them from missing you too much. I have a background in teaching swim, which has taught me lots of patience, responsibility, and carefulness. While I am currently away at school, at home I took care of my 2 dogs - feeding them daily, walking them twice a week, and bathing them biweekly. This was part of my responsibilities at home and still help with them when I go home to visit. When I’m caring for your pet in your home, I will do my best to ensure they feel comfortable and are sticking to their normal routine. I will respect your, and their space and give them lots of love!

About: I've had one dog, one guinea pig, two hamsters, and three cats in my day- and I've loved every second of having each one of them. I've been pet-sitting for family members since I was 13 (including dogs, cats, and rabbits). I am not shy about grooming, medications, accidents, or any other tasks for needy animals! I currently am looking for a new full-time job, so my schedule is fairly free. I am available to work weekends, extended stays, or simply a night to free up a tight schedule! I prefer a day notice to booking care, but am flexible given the situation. If working an extended or multi-day stay, I will have to leave twice a day to feed, groom, and otherwise take care of my cat, Butter. I like to know the habits your animals are used to so I don't disturb their routine; e.g. feeding times, litter box cleaning/ potty breaks, walk schedules, grooming schedules, etc. I understand the importance of stability and security to a pet and their owner and do my absolute best to maintain their regularly scheduled care, while they adjust to a new human in their safe space.

This was our very first time using Rover, so we were already a little nervous about leaving our house and two very attention-needy fur babies in someone else’s hands. To make things even more stressful, our original sitter canceled at the last minute right before our trip. Thankfully, Ryan came to the rescue and was an absolute lifesaver! About: We had three dogs growing up. I’ve had three of my own as well. I am currently the go to sitter for my best friend’s dog. I’ve cared for dogs in extreme health situations/have seen just about everything. I’m great with dogs/love spending time with them. I also work remotely and am available to come and pet sit. I am open to potentially boarding, but I would have to talk to my landlords first. I work from home, with two thirty minute breaks. I do not start until 10:30 and can do morning walks or feeding. I’m off at 6:30 and can do evening walks or feeding as well. I’ve had a full range of experience caring for my dogs over the years. I’m comfortable with walking, feeding and basic grooming. I also have experience with a wide variety of medications and have no problem giving supplements or medication at your direction. Since I work remotely, as long as there is some desk space to set up and Internet service, I can stay over any day of the week if needed. I consider myself a good communicator and am happy to send updates or answer any questions you may have.
