Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing patience and routine, I’ve cared for them and treat every pet like they’re my own. My uncle has two American bullies, and my aunt has a senior dog that I offer to take care of from time to time while they are away. Those three angels are the reason why I decided to get my own dog! I have a deep love for animals and a calm, confident approach to pet care that helps pets feel safe, happy, and stress-free. I work three times a week on a self-scheduled basis. About: I’ve pet sit for family/friends and I work at a kennel. I also own my own pets as well. I’m going to school to be a veterinarian technician. My work schedule changes a lot but I’m more than happy to work pet care in for you and your pet to make you happy! About: I'm a current dog foster through a local shelter, and I've been around dogs and cats for most of my life! I'm comfortable with most ages and sizes, and have picked up a lot of skills and knowledge on how to work well with dogs. I'm just as comfortable with cats, and I have some good experience cat sitting for relatives. I have a very flexible schedule as a graduate student, so I have a lot of availability to fit taking care of pets into my day/week. I try to keep a consistent feeding schedule and make sure dogs go out as soon as I return from being away. I make sure any hazards or chemicals are far out of reach, and always keep dogs on leashes when going on walks outside of a fenced in area. I make sure to monitor toys that can break into small pieces (nylabones, benebones, etc.). I am comfortable crating dogs if there has been previous crate training.

About: I have always had dogs in my life since birth however I did adopt my own rescue dog at 16 years old and he was my spoiled baby for 9 long happy years before I unfortunately had to put him down at the beginning of this year due to cancer :( Aside from my own personal dog I am also a proud bunny mama to 2 bunnies. Throughout the years I've dog sat for friends and family both at their houses and at my own and I did also work part time for about a year at "The Barking Lot" as a side job walking dogs, cleaning suites, bowls, etc as well as helping with doggy daycare, TLC, etc. I currently work full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm so I have plenty of time on weekdays to do evening walks and am free most weekends to do dog walking, animal check ins, occasional weekend overnight at your place or mine! I have a large yard with a tie out but usually prefer supervised leash walking depending on the dog. For boarding I do have another dog in the home as well as 2 bunnies however the bunnies have their own room separate from where I'd allow any dogs :)

About: I started off my experience with pet sitting 10 years ago with 2 Bichon dogs. They required a lot of care and I loved every minute I spent with them. I had a dog growing up and she was my pride and joy. When pet sitting, I make sure that I give the pets attention and love that I would like to give my own pet. When pet sitting, I typically have the dog come to me or I can do drop in visits to your home. I can also spend the day going on walks and relaxing with your dog. I do not have a dog of my own, but I do have a lot of experience interacting and caring for all kinds of dogs. I am a teacher, so I have the summer off to be able to take care of your dog during morning and afternoon. I can also take them on long walks. I plan to make sure that your dog gets what they need. For example, make sure that they have food and water. Also, provide them time to be outside and to be active if needed.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a young child, but have been doing so professionally for 10 years. What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that I am a full time vet tech and have been in the veterinary field for over 10 years. So I am uniquely qualified to administer all kinds of medications, including oral, transdermal, and injectable, as well as subcutaneous fluids. I am also a certified dog trainer so I am able to train puppies (and dogs of all ages) and keep up with their current training while you're away. I currently work full time, so I have limited daytime availability. I am off on Thursdays and Sundays as well as most Saturdays, but otherwise can only provide midday drop ins if they are within a short drive from my job in Waukee. I will follow your instructions meticulously and treat your pets as I do my own. I believe it is important to keep as close to a normal routine as possible to make sure the pets are comfortable with their pet sitter while their owners are away. I provide daily text check ins with pet parents as well as pictures of your beloved pet.

About: hi my name is bonnie i live in new virginia,born an raised in Maryland, I have two kids and two successful small business one cleaning houses after i left health l care an other is family wedding venue, I grew up on dairy farm back in Maryland we had every farm animals and pets. my parents also bread Golden retrieves for 15 years,I have bunch of stray cats come across highway an stay i have always taken them in .I love animals very peaceful creatures and best friends,my clients have pets they all run up to me get excited to see me. Im hard working and behind trustworthy and honest. I have never dog sit or anything like this but I'll figure things out fast, fall and winter time is my off season from venue im looking stay busy since I hate sitting around, thank you hope to hear from you soon I'm house cleaner but I am now able pick up more hours doing something different. so I can pet sit or anything during weekday while my kids are in school possibly evenings. weekends I have nothing to do. the clients will tell me how they want things done .my animals are on farm they run wherever they please. I will read the plans they set for me.

About: I LOVED having and taking care of a family pet growing up. I have had a family pet since childhood, and have dog sat for family and friends. I really enjoyed watching my school pet gerbil when I was in grade school. Now getting the opportunity to pet sit will fill my love tank for animals again!! I am available for boarding and caring for dogs on the weekends and after 2 PM on Friday’s. I am looking for ways to make my weekends more active and productive. I have a dog park and friendly neighbors who also have dogs to keep your doggies company. I care for my family dog, I play and leave his food and water out to eat and drink. I also make sure to feed him his soft food and play with him before bed.
