I work full-time M-F within a mile of my home. This allows me to give multiple potty breaks and attention as needed. My family is always around as well. The longest time left alone would be 3-4 hrs during the work week. Safety is our top priority. Leashes are always required. We only distribute treats and food that are specifically designated for your dog. Our dogs are free to roam and never crated or kenneled unless the owner has specified otherwise. A separate multipurpose room is used for your pet when we are not home. Here, they can enjoy a futon and plenty of space to play and watch Dog TV. :)

About: I've pet/house sat for multiple people in the past. Animals include dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I like to have a meet and greet before ever staying with your pets alone. If you have any special diets or quirks make sure we discuss them in advance! I don't mind staying for a few hours to watch your animals or just drop in, whatever is needed! I have a nighttime job so, your animals will need to be able to be alone at night a few days of the week! I will discuss meal plan, how often you walk them/let them outside, and if they have meds with you prior to caring for your animals.

I regularly pet sit for my neighbor and have been asked to do the same by many friends. I have the summer off from teaching, so I am pretty flexible until late August! About: I have spent much of my life taking care of different animals. I grew up on a farm handling chores for animals of all kinds from horses to dogs and cats. I currently have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat named Boston! I currently work mornings, typically 7-3 M-F. My hours vary depending on the week and what I am busy with at work. I work shifts on weekends and nights when needed I have a yard for your pet to run around in and play. I do have 3 other pets in my home that are properly vaccinated and friendly!

About: Hi, welcome! My name is Grace and I would be honored to care for your beloved pet while you are away! I’ve had plenty of experience with dogs, cats, and bunnies. Most notably, I’ve been a consistent caretaker for two energetic black labs for the past 8 years. I’ve also cared for fish, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon. If you think I’d be a good fit for your furry (or scaly!) family please reach out! I do not currently have any commitments! I’m new to the area and excited to meet some fur friends here. My new job will start September 14, 2026, but until then I’m wide open! Once I start my position, I’ll be working 8 hour days in Urbandale (if you’re close to that area I am more than willing to spend my lunch breaks with your pet). Once I’m back from work for the day I am ready to play! Coming home to an animal friend is one of the best feelings, and I want to give your pet all the love possible! I feel very comfortable being away from home. I love getting to help families keep their animal loved ones in a place they are familiar with. Whether you have a fenced in yard or no yard at all, I always get play time in every day. I love watching pets’ personalities blossom in their own space.

About: I have had multiple pets from mice to dogs so I'm well rounded in diverse care. I love to play with animals especially dogs theyre just amazing. Weekends, work days, holidays (if needed). I can house for multiple days. I only leave to get groceries or to take my dog to the park. Safe and loving. Will have a great play partner Sammy loves to play he would all day if he could, we go on walks, park trips, sometimes just a drive.

At one point, it got to 85 in our house. I was able to have a neighbor install the window ac’s. About: I’ve had cats my whole life and have always enjoyed caring for them. My cats have some medical needs so I’m open to discussing anything like that. I have also been around dogs my whole life, including watching neighbors and family member’s pups. I typically work irregular hours but will update my availability when I know!! I have weekends off and after 4:30 for sure every week day I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to roam and shade to cool off. If I’m coming to your home depending on it you have a cat or dog, I love to play and give animals lots of pets. But I will also follow the given instructions with food, water, and litter box if necessary.
