About: I have been responsible for the well-being of pets since the age of 10. Numerous neighbors, friends, and family members have entrusted me with the tasks of walking, feeding, and tending to their beloved animals. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience working as a Veterinary Assistant where I provide care for both dogs and cats full time! I do work full time as a Veterinary Assistant, but I am more than willing to dedicate the time needed for your beloved furry friends, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need and deserve. I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment for pets, whether they are my own or clients'. This involves providing space, access to essentials, and regular exercise. I closely follow instructions from pet owners to maintain routines and ensure their well-being. I am also used to caring for animals of all ages.

About: I’ve been caring for animals most of my life — my childhood dog was with me from age 7 until she was 20 years old, so I have firsthand experience with every stage of a dog’s life, including senior care. During COVID, I fostered a dog and loved helping her feel safe and happy until she found her forever home. I adore both dogs and cats, and have cared for many breeds, sizes, and personalities over the years. My family currently has two German Shepherds and a cat, so I’m used to handling both high-energy pups and independent felines. I’m currently in between jobs after an incredible round-the-world sabbatical, which means I have plenty of free time to focus on caring for your pets. Whether it’s long walks, cozy snuggles, or keeping them company during the day, I can be there when they need me. I’m also available for overnight stays so they feel safe and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety comes first. I follow your instructions closely, use secure leashes and harnesses, and keep a watchful eye on them at all times. I avoid unsafe areas or interactions, make sure they have fresh water, and watch for any signs of stress. If anything seems off, I’ll update you right away so you can feel at ease while you’re

“We are so lucky to have found Carrie to watch our dogs when we are out of town. The dogs are so well taken care of and they absolutely love her. We absolutely love receiving photo updates of them throughout our trip.”

About: I've been pet sitting for 11 years and have tons of references from my own pet sitting business. Services I provide include feeding, walking, spending time with them, and administering medication. I LOVE animals and nothing makes me happier than to be able to work them. :) I'm a U of M graduate and recently lost my full time job due to funding-no fault of my own. I have been a pet sitter for eleven years and am currently looking to expand my clientele. I have tons of references from my personal pet sitting business and would love to take care of your pets. For overnight stay, I always follow the directions provided by my clients. If I'm providing care throughout the day and overnight, I feed breakfast and dinner/let them out for potty, check on them one or two more times per day, and then spend the night.

Windyke-Southwind pet parents share their Rover experiences
Faith was a lifesaver who watched our dog Mac when we had to leave town last minute. It was our first time using Rover and she was quick in her responses and constantly updating us with pictures and about his allergies, making us feel stress-free and able to be with our family. Our dog gets constant skin infections due to his environmental allergies, and Faith went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable during her stay. She also left our house exactly how we left it. We are so appreciative of everything Faith did for us!

Maddie is absolutely amazing! She recently dog sat for our two pups, Jack and Daisy, and house sat while we were out of the country. Jack and Daisy ADORE her — it was so comforting to know they were in such good hands. Maddie took excellent care of Jack and Daisy, and she kept us updated with texts and photos. She even took them for a walk each day and regularly played frisbee and ball with them – basically, she loved them as if they were her own pups! Not only did she care for Jack and Daisy, but she also watered our porch plants and collected our mail each day. Everything was spotless when we returned home, and it was such a relief to know everything was well care for while we were gone. We can’t recommend Maddie highly enough — dependable, kind, respectful, and clearly an animal lover through and through. We’ve already booked her for the next time we’re away! 🐾💛
