About: Hi my name is Steve I'm a 58-year-old retired male who has had pets my whole life. I have been providing over-night pet/house sitting for 20 plus years with many repeat customers. I have provided stays from a "long week-end" to 7 weeks at time. I am trustworthy and dependable on each and every job. I believe its easier for pets to get more comfortable with a new person rather then a new environment. Pets also love their routines so following them is very important to me. Some of my included duties are mail collection, garbage collection, plant watering, and keeping your pets and home safe while your away. About: I've been around dogs since I was a kid. I'm an only child and dogs were my form of company; I would call them my brothers and sisters. I also trained puppies even when I was young myself. I enjoyed every minute of it. My love for dogs go above and beyond. I work part-time and even though the days I work are not consistent, the time I get off is always the same, which is 5pm. I would still have time for your amazing pets. I am very well with following routines, especially when It comes to health. If your pet has a certain diet, I will maintain that diet even when you are away. If your pet has a certain piece of clothing they would like to wear, I have absolutely no problem with making them feel comfortable. If your dog also requires a certain about of attention at a certain time, I would happily attend to them as such.

“Amy took care of our pack for a long weekend and we were so pleased with everything! We have four rescue dogs ranging in size from 15lbs to 95lbs, so our house can be hectic at times. Amy made a point to learn each dog’s quirks and really connect with them individually. Amy was very thorough during our meet and greet, asking lots of questions about the dogs, their needs, and their schedule. She was well prepared upon arrival and the dogs all took to her immediately! One of our dogs began limping while we were away and Amy immediately sent us videos and pictures so we could decide the best course of action. We decided to treat with meds that we had at home and Amy kept us updated as our pup recovered. Amy even texted the next week to check in and make sure our girl was feeling better! I can’t recommend Amy enough! She took great care of our dogs and home. She was very communicative and prepared. Everything we want in a sitter!”

Ace has helped me gain even more experience as he has anxiety and allergies and I have to administer medications and help manage his anxiety by being a calming/grounding presence when he needs it. Ami took great care of my babies and sent me updates throughout her stay at our home with them.
