About: I LOVE dogs and cats! Growing up, my family always had big dogs and fluffy cats around the house; so throughout my life I have gained experience caring for puppies and kittens all the way up to seniors. I adore dogs of all sizes, but big dogs will always have a special place in my heart. We owned a Rottie/Lab mix, a Great Dane, an English Mastiff, Boxer, and various Doodle breeds. We also had 3 Ragdoll cats. I currently have 3 Domestic Short and Long haired cats of my own with my fiancé and I love them dearly; but I really miss having a dog around the house. Helping people care for pets on here seemed like the perfect way to help me hang with pups! I frequently assist my friends and family with pet sitting, dog walking, and caring for their animals while they are away. Outside of animals, I work for The Department of State as a Legal Assistant and sit for 8 hours a day at a desk. My parents still love to tell stories about how as soon as I could walk, as little as 2, I would walk into pet shops and ask to hold snakes and other “scary” animals. I truly mean every— dogs, cats, fish, turtles, lizards, birds (ducks, rescues, etc), tarantulas, frogs, newts, axolotls, rats, mice, hamsters, gerbils, moles, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, and I’m sure I’m missing some. Isabella was great! She arrived right on time, kept us updated while we were away, and took good care of the dogs and our home. Everything we asked her to handle was taken care of, and it was nice knowing the dogs were in good hands for the night. We came home to everything just as we left it and happy pups. We’d definitely feel comfortable having Isabella stay with them again.
Becky stayed with our two eccentric and very spoiled dogs for a week. We have never left them before and were very anxious! She sent pictures and texted every day! We couldn’t have been happier with her loving care of them. We will take another short trip in September and Becky will care for them. Chris was fantastic during his overnight stay with Olive and Davida! He took exceptional care of both of them, instantly tuning into their unique personalities and needs. Olive was in pure dog heaven—Chris kept her entertained with her favorite activities, including playing frisbee, going swimming, and even turning on Animal Planet to satisfy her complete obsession. Davida the cat was equally well cared for, relaxed, and content throughout the stay. Chris is reliable, attentive, and thoughtful, making sure our home and pets were in great hands. Stephanie was wonderful with our pups - this was the first time using her and for a week long trip, so we were a little apprehensive with a new sitter, but she was very responsible with the dogs; communicative with daily updates and photos; accommodated our two dogs of pretty varying ages and needs, working well with both; and left the house in good order. Morgan V did a great job house sitting overnight for our 3 dogs and two cats.she sent multiple photos and sent updates. All three of the pups needed medications ( they are 10 - 15 1/2 years old ) and Morgan handled the job perfectly. One of the pups was stressed from a severe thunderstorm and Morgan alerted us that she was keeping him close to comfort him. The entire crew seemed stress feee and quite happy once we returned home. Even our one cat, who is painfully shy and never comes out of her room when visitors are in the home, allowed Morgan to see her and take a photo.
