Ari was wonderful with our little pups and cat. She sent daily updates, pictures and video. My one girl, Sophie, had an accident in the house and Ari had no problem cleaning up after her. We give our dogs a mix of home-cooked food and kibble - Ari had no problem with dispensing their food all week. We will definitely book with her again! Ari is very personable and pleasure to talk with. She came out 2 times before our trip to meet with our little ones. She really made us comfortable leaving our little guys with her knowing they would be in good hands!
Brittany was wonderful with our pets. Medication was given to our seniors with no fuss and Brittany also handled a slight medical problem that arose only a few hours before her visit. Everyone seemed happy and content when we got home, which is what is most important.
Morgan V did a great job house sitting overnight for our 3 dogs and two cats.she sent multiple photos and sent updates. All three of the pups needed medications ( they are 10 - 15 1/2 years old ) and Morgan handled the job perfectly. One of the pups was stressed from a severe thunderstorm and Morgan alerted us that she was keeping him close to comfort him. The entire crew seemed stress feee and quite happy once we returned home. Even our one cat, who is painfully shy and never comes out of her room when visitors are in the home, allowed Morgan to see her and take a photo. How is this instead? This was our first time using the Rover app and we were so grateful to find Karen!! She was extremely responsive during for our week away from our dogs. Returning home our flight was delayed 3 times for being back and she was very supportive and understanding in taking care of the dogs. Xavier was absolutely amazing with my dog Bear! From the very first message, he was kind, communicative, and genuinely excited to take care of him. He took the time to read all of Bear’s care instructions (which were very detailed!) and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Throughout the day, Xavier sent me updates and photos, which helped me relax knowing Bear was happy and comfortable. Bear can be a bit reactive on walks and had just started antibiotics the day before, but Xavier handled everything with such patience and care. He followed all of Bear’s routines perfectly, kept him company, and even snuggled with him the way Bear likes. It’s so clear how much Xavier loves animals and wants to do right by them. I would 100% recommend Xavier to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and caring dog sitter. We’d love to have him watch Bear again!
