How is this instead? This was our first time using the Rover app and we were so grateful to find Karen!! She was extremely responsive during for our week away from our dogs. Returning home our flight was delayed 3 times for being back and she was very supportive and understanding in taking care of the dogs. Xavier was absolutely amazing with my dog Bear! From the very first message, he was kind, communicative, and genuinely excited to take care of him. He took the time to read all of Bear’s care instructions (which were very detailed!) and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Throughout the day, Xavier sent me updates and photos, which helped me relax knowing Bear was happy and comfortable. Bear can be a bit reactive on walks and had just started antibiotics the day before, but Xavier handled everything with such patience and care. He followed all of Bear’s routines perfectly, kept him company, and even snuggled with him the way Bear likes. It’s so clear how much Xavier loves animals and wants to do right by them.
