“Christina was a WONDERFUL drop-in sitter for our little cat. She diligently left detailed notes, asked questions, and took lots of pictures of our little guy. We felt so at ease that he was with someone taking such good care of him! She went above and beyond what we asked of her and we would book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Rebekah is the best! I appreciate the attention and affection she gives to my sweet little guy. Knowing my little guy is so well cared for makes it easier to be away. Thank you!”

“Kiah took wonderful care of our fur-babies. Our cats are high maintenance and extremely spoiled. She spent time getting to know them and earning their trust. We were able to relax because we knew they were in good hands. We’ll definitely use Kiah in the future and highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and currently share my home with four wonderful pups — Biscuit (German Shepherd/Collie, 12), Hugo (Beagle, 3), Archer (Corgi, 1), and Sage (Black Lab, 4). For the past two years, I’ve worked closely with Sage as a dual-certified Service and Facility Dog who served as a Therapy Dog in elementary schools. Working and training with her daily has given me valuable experience in calm handling, positive reinforcement, and reading dog behavior. Dogs are genuinely a huge part of my life, and spending time with them is something I truly enjoy. Their unconditional love has always been what grounds me and brightens my day. I’d love the chance to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for — just like I do with my own. I recently became a stay-at-home mom again, which has given me more time to focus on my children and my dogs (and hopefully yours 😊). While my two kids are in school during the week, I’m available for drop-ins and walks Monday–Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for earlier/later times. I’m also available some weekends, though my schedule can vary due to my kids’ sports and a part-time security job — but I’m always happy to discuss and see what works. I have a fully fenced yard where my dogs can safely exercise and play. Biscuit, Hugo, Archer, and Sage are truly part of our family — they’re welcome on the furniture, loved on constantly, and yes… they all sleep in bed with my husband and me. Cuddles are considered required in our home! 😊 When no one is home, my dogs are safely kenneled. Their kennels are treated as calm, comfortable rest spaces where they can decompress when needed. My children’s bedrooms are upstairs and are not accessible to the dogs, as maintaining safe boundaries is important in our house. I focus on positive reinforcement and calm, confident handling. Depending on each dog’s needs, I may use different training tools such as structured leash work, redirection, or correction collars. Not every dog requires the same approach — I always meet dogs where they are and work with them respectfully and patiently. Every dog learns differently, and I honor that. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being will always come first here. My goal is to make your pup feel secure, understood, and loved while they’re with me.
About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have been around dogs for most of my life. Over the past two years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs through pet sitting and house sitting, making sure they stay happy, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m attentive to routines, including pet care, plant care, and general home upkeep. I keep communication open so owners feel completely at ease knowing their pet is being looked after with love and care. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to fit pet care into my routine. I’m able to work from other homes when house sitting, and I’m happy to coordinate a schedule that works well for both you and your pet. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care without disrupting their normal routine, while giving them plenty of love and attention throughout the day. When I care for pets in your home, I make sure they stay on their usual routine and feel comfortable in their space. I keep everything tidy, follow instructions closely, and provide regular updates so you always know how things are going. If your pet stays in my home, they’ll have a calm, comfortable environment with no other pets or children — just plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. I ensure they have a safe space to relax, regular walks or playtime, and lots of care while you’re away. I treat every pet with the same love and attention I’d hope for my own.

“This is my first experience using Rover.com and I am very pleased with the service. Treanne's love for cats is evident and my little guy liked her at our first meeting. She took wonderful care of him and I loved the pictures and daily reports. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to sit their cat.”

“As always, Gabbie took wonderful care of my cat. Gabbie always has open communication, awesome care skills for not only my cat but also our home, and makes sure that my cat is loved!”

About: I’ve lived with dogs/cats my entire life. I have checked in, played, fed, given meds and potty breaks to dogs of two other families before. STARTING AUGUST 18: I will be starting my clinical rotations at WellSpan hospitals and other sites. This means during weekdays I will not be available from 6am-3:30pm or even later depending what site I am at that day (i have rotations in Gettysburg). Weekends I am available unless said otherwise! Thank you! I’m a college student on summer break, so I’m available a lot of the time! I let out and play with another dog during weekday mornings, so anytime after that! Although I have an unfenced yard, I live on a dead end road with not a lot of traffic. I have a huge field behind my house where I can play with your pets. I have a friendly Springer Spaniel who can keep your dog company. I can easily crate if needed. Will not walk or let dogs out to potty without a leash. Will play unleashed in field.
“Faith was on time for our drop in visits; she asked questions when needed and answered any question(s) I had while away. She was willing to change or clean litter but was not necessary and sent many pics of my kitten. She followed my feeding instructions for my kitten and updates me on what he ate and litter "issues". I would easily use Faith again or recommend her to others.”
“I am so pleased with Samantha's care of our Harley while we were in Jamaica for the week. We had a friend staying at the house to care for Harley overnight but had Samantha stop in 2x per day to play with Harley and give him potty breaks while he was working. She kept me informed of everything and sent pics of her boys playing fetch and exercising him. It set my mind at ease knowing he was being cared for and that he was happy. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry that he was sad, lonely or bored. Harley loves kids and I'm sure he will miss playing with the boys and Samantha every day!”

“So grateful for the excellent care provided for my Jenny. Ariel always communicates with us about how Jenny did during her visits. She also communicates regarding scheduling which is so helpful since my work schedule varies. I highly recommend Ariel to anyone looking for care for their pets.”

“Theresa was terrific with our cat. We searched on Rover for someone to watch our cat while people toured our house that we were trying to sell. Theresa reached out promptly and was flexible with the relatively short notice we provided her. She was responsive to texts and took great care of our cat while he stayed there. I would definitely recommend booking her if you can because she was great to work with. We really appreciate you Theresa!”
