My boxer is two years old and has spent his entire life by my side since he was six weeks old, I had to go away for a vacation and worried about him not acclimating to a new environment. Michele seemed to get along very well with Charlie right away. She regularly sent messages and pictures to us which we enjoyed receiving because they were humorous and also gave us information on what and how he was doing. She was flexible and worked with him on his sometimes unpredictable eating habits, his fear of fireworks, and his quirky personality. Charlie is very attached to us, but we felt that he was content with being with her and was fine on arriving at home which is a good sign that his visit went well. We would be happy to have Michele watch him again.
Lauren and Gurpreet were absolutely wonderful with our dogs, George and Boone. They were incredibly flexible with drop off when our plans changed last minute. They sent lots of pictures which showed our dogs on walks, in the backyard, and relaxing in the home. One of our dogs had an upset stomach when he was dropped off and Lauren kept me updated on how he was doing. It was much appreciated to know they were in a loving home!
