About: Hi! I’m Cass, a lifelong dog lover and proud pet parent to our gentle Great Pyrenees, who truly believes he’s a 100-lb lap dog. We’ve also been lucky enough to share our lives with two other amazing pups—a loyal German Shepherd and a sweet Lab mix—who have since passed but left us with so much love and experience. Dogs are a huge part of our family. Our Pyrenees goes everywhere with us, and he’s wonderful with other dogs—calm, friendly, and happy to make new buddies. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
