About: Hi! I’m Cass, a lifelong dog lover and proud pet parent to our gentle Great Pyrenees, who truly believes he’s a 100-lb lap dog. We’ve also been lucky enough to share our lives with two other amazing pups—a loyal German Shepherd and a sweet Lab mix—who have since passed but left us with so much love and experience. Dogs are a huge part of our family. Our Pyrenees goes everywhere with us, and he’s wonderful with other dogs—calm, friendly, and happy to make new buddies. My kids also love playing with dogs and are always excited to have furry guests around. What you can expect from me as your sitter: 🐶 A safe, loving, homey environment 🚶‍♂️ Daily walks and plenty of exercise (it’s really important to me!) 💛 Lots of affection, attention, and updates 🏡 A family that truly enjoys having dogs around 🐾 A dog-friendly resident pup who helps make visitors feel at ease Your dog will be treated like part of our family—because that’s truly how I care for them. Whether we’re out on a walk, playing in the yard, or relaxing inside, I make sure each dog feels loved, comfortable, and well cared for. I’d love to meet your pup and give them a home-away-from-home experience! Let me know if you’d like to chat or set up a meet-and-greet. 🐾💛 I work in the evenings and my husband works during the day so your pet will always have someone with them. We also have two kids My dog and kids will keep your pet company. Have about an acre of land surrounded by woods. Our dog runs free but we can offer leash service as well

About: I've always loved animals and am fascinated with their care. I have trained my own German Shepherd Husky as well as dog-sitted for a variety of restricted breeds. I am currently attending college classes in the mornings so I can perform tasks before class and the full day after. I also drive for Uber Eats so I balance both positions. I will ask lots of questions about your typical care of your pet prior to taking on the animal to ensure their routine remains the same. I am slow in introducing myself to animals, by letting them sniff and be comfortable before engaging.

About: From pet-sitting duties and caring for my own animals, I have extensive experience caring for a variety of animals, including feeding, grooming, and providing companionship. I’ve also administered medication to dogs of all ages and sizes, ensuring proper dosage and handling for each. I'm a proud graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I also enjoy working part-time in the restaurant industry. My schedule is quite flexible as long as I have some prior notice! I'm happy to work with clients to find times that suit us both well. I'll make sure to follow all of your instructions carefully to keep your little buddy happy! Do you have any specific wishes for them? Just let me know! I welcome them on my bed and couch unless you'd prefer otherwise. I always keep the water bowl full and ensure pets are happy and healthy. If you'd like, I can even give them a bath—just bring their shampoo if they have sensitive skin! If you choose me, I promise to go above and beyond to take great care of your furry friend!

About: I've personally worked with a professional dog trainer, a doggy day care, and a pet store, so I have various knowledge when it comes to how to interact, play, treat, walk, watch, and love your dogs. I also have personal experience with seniors, puppies, special needs and x-large large dogs. I also have much understanding and experience with cats and kittens as well I'm currently Part-Time, which means I will have more time to watch over and love on your babies. Weekends and holidays are no problem either. I believe (and have experienced it with my own pets) that pets are more comfortable in their own home, and that's why I offer to come and house/pet sit in the safe haven that is your house. Your pet will get treated, and spoiled, as if they were my own

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Billie! She is consistently punctual, incredibly kind, and communicates well. I always know what’s going on thanks to her thoughtful updates, and she’s great about letting me know of any scheduling changes well in advance — usually at least a week ahead, which I really appreciate. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in caring, reliable hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and genuinely wonderful with pets!

About: I have had dogs my entire life and have cared for them in their senior years with love and respect. This included giving medications, caring for incontinence and overall creating an environment that met their sometimes, seemingly to the outside world, over the top needs. But, there’s nothing I wouldn’t do to make their lives a little better and as comfortable as possible. I’m a stay at home mom and housekeeper so I have a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 3pm. I currently care for one family’s 5 dogs about 10 days a month. So I can take helping a a few more families. I am currently available to do drop in visits and walking of your pets at your home. I am a very cautious and detail oriented person so if I’m caring for your pet I will be as diligent about keeping them safe during walks and outdoor time as I am with my own.

About: I have 3 fur babies of my own and they are my kids! Pets are what I believe make the world go ‘round. They are always excited to see you after a long day and no matter if they got into the trash or chewed up a shoe you cannot help but love them. I have always treated everyone’s pets like my own. When I visit the first thing I do is go pet the dogs/cats! I am a huge animal lover as well as my significant other. I am currently available days, evenings and weekends and would like to go full time with pet sitting or walking. I will be having a baby so for now I am looking for part-time or vacation sitting/walking. The care I provide to each dog/cat will be based off of the needs of the dog/cat. I have experience in giving medicines as well. I will be willing to take care of your pet just as you would if you were home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Adamsville. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Adamsville.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Adamsville. On Rover:

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
