About: I’ve been both cat and dog sitting independently since middle school, and I thought Rover would be a great opportunity while I’m in still in college! I am currently a full-time online student so I’m available to take care of you pets anytime! I have a very open availability and can most likely make anything work! I have two dogs of my own who love meeting new friends, and a very safe fenced in backyard with more than enough room to run! As for your home, I can work with anything!

About: Ive had pets of my own and work with animals through vet hospital. I love cuddling, playing, and going on walks with pets. I am open to assist with giving medication for doggies who need extra care. I will happily send over pics of your pet during visits. I'm currently part time at a pet hospital. Availability can vary, just message me and we can try to work something out. On days I work usually I'm available in the evenings. I can offer boarding if needed. I do not have a fenced yard, I like to take pets out on walks for potty multiple times a day. I have 1 dog ( Wilbur ) + 2 cats (Phineas and Senu ). Wilbur is very friendly and would love the company of your pet. He is a tree walker coonhound Cats can be separated if needed when boarding your pet. For check ins - I can come over to make sure your pets have their food + water set. If meds need to be given I'm open to doing that. I'll also spend some time with them to offer some love and make sure they have some time outdoors. If owner allows I can take your dog out hiking / extended walks or to a park.

About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn a Bachelor's in the Arts from Towson University, which is about a 50 minute commute from my home. With this in mind, my current class schedule entails that Towson days are essentially unavailable; however, the rest of the week, I'm generally left plenty of room to take on pet care! Life is always busy, and while sometimes I wind up with too many commitments to do it regularly, I'll always make time for it when I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!
About: I have a variety of experience with dogs of every age, breed, and temperament. A few years ago, I cared for my senior dog and helped him with mobility, comfort, and daily medical routines. Now, I’m caring for two young dogs (ages 2 & 3) that I’ve trained myself from when they were puppies. Along with personal experience, I have school-based veterinary training, including first aid, administering medications, and knowledge with health concerns. I also spent a year working as a professional dog walker at a boarding facility to learn professionalism. Overall, I have a mix of compassion, knowledge, and training to give every pet the proper care. I follow their routines exactly, pay close attention to their comfort, and make sure they feel happy. On walks, I use secure leashes and stay attentive at all times. In client homes, I’m careful with doors, gates, and belongings, prioritizing pet safety. My goal is to create a safe, caring environment where I can build trusting relationships with each pet.

I cannot say enough good things about our pet sitter! Summer is a genuine animal lover and took excellent care of my two cats (Tigger & Hurricane) and my bearded dragon (Thorn) while I was away. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that my pets were in such capable hands. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about each animal’s individual needs. Tigger & Hurricane were happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I returned, and Thorn received wonderful care as well—which can be especially important when caring for reptiles with specific feeding and habitat needs. It was obvious that my pets were receiving lots of attention and care, and I never had to worry about how things were going at home. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
