About: I have had dogs my entire life. I’ve had multiple dogs that I’ve raised from puppies into adulthood. So I have experience with every age of dog I can give medication like it’s nobody’s business. I can also handle a puppy. I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant so I either work in the morning or in the afternoon so it gives me plenty of time to be with your dog and give them lots of love I have been dog sitting since four years and have always stayed at a person‘s house. I am a bit of a neat freak so I always clean and can promise that you will come back to a clean house.
About: I have raised my own dog since she was ten weeks old, mentored by my father who has raised three litters of puppies throughout his life. I have also done pet-sitting for friends and family for dogs as small as beagle puppies to as large as a Labrador. I am a Graduate student, but I manage to take six- mile walks every morning year-round. As my classes are in the evening, I can fit dog-walking into my schedule in the mornings and early afternoons. I am attentive and responsible for my pets needs, and take pride in ensuring that the animals I care for are happy and healthy. About: Hi my name is Fran. I’m a mostly stay at home Mom in Mt. Airy with a 3 year old and 6 year old and 1 year old. We live on 5 acres, all fenced, across from the state park and in addition to 2 dogs have horses, chickens, and an outside cat. I care greatly about dogs and make sure that they are well taken care of with plenty of love and exercise. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all of my life. As a little kid my childhood dog was my constant companion and when I wasn't with him I was with the neighbors' dogs. In my twenties I moved to Alaska where I pursued a career in dog mushing and for two years lived with 120 dogs! Unfortunately due to frostbite I had to move back to the east coast. Meet my pets I have 2 dogs, Cash a one year old Australian Shepherd and Littles a 15 year old Boston terrier mix. Both love to play!! Cash is still a puppy and will play all day long!! He loves every dog he meets. Littles is 15 and recently lost his sight He’ll try to keep up with Cash but mostly just loves to sleep. I also have 2 horses, Shadow and Dandy (the love of my life) in their late twenties, some chickens, and a barn cat. About my yard I live on five acres across from Patuxent State Park. We have a huge fenced in backyard, with lots of trails in walking distance! My experience administering medication Yes I have no problem administering medication. Including injections I’m currently a stay at home mom and almost always home so your dog will never be left alone for long periods of time!! My 5 year old is great with dogs and will give your animals plenty of love and attention!!! We have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run! Your dog will be let out frequently and get plenty of exercise!! I try and take the dogs for a long walk at least once a day. Your dog will have free roam of the house, but we are more than happy to crate if you provide one. Our dogs eat in the am and pm, however we can accommodate your dogs feeding schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about our pet sitter! Summer is a genuine animal lover and took excellent care of my two cats (Tigger & Hurricane) and my bearded dragon (Thorn) while I was away. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that my pets were in such capable hands. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about each animal’s individual needs. Tigger & Hurricane were happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I returned, and Thorn received wonderful care as well—which can be especially important when caring for reptiles with specific feeding and habitat needs. I also appreciated the updates and communication throughout my trip. It was obvious that my pets were receiving lots of attention and care, and I never had to worry about how things were going at home. Summer also has a wonderful, friendly personality, and I would absolutely trust her with my pets again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and knowledgeable pet sitter.
