“Jordan is a responsible and loving pet caregiver. Jordan has a cat, Casper, that they have had since Casper was 8 weeks old. He is very high maintenance being a Sphynx breed and Jordan takes care of all of his needs, including weekly baths and special feedings for previous kidney issues. Jordan also fostered kittens. Jordan was very attentive to the kittens and kept in touch with the animal shelter when necessary. When the kittens appeared ill, Jordan called the shelter immediately and brought them to the shelter for care. Jordan has cat sat (staying in the home) for a professor at their college over a spring break. He was very pleased with Jordan's care of his cat and his home. Jordan has also done drop in visits to feed and play with cats of friends who were away. All were happy with Jordan's care of their cats. Jordan also worked at the Appalachian Animal Rescue Center in NC last summer feeding and caring for the variety of animals that come into the rescue. Jordan cares deeply for animals whether they be tamed pets or wild. :-)”

About: My son, Henry (10), loves animals of all kinds and is interested in becoming a pet sitter/dog walker. I offered to partner with him so he would have some help as he starts his journey. The details below are a little more about him. Please note that I will be the primary caretaker for any animals we interact with and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. (Henry) I have been around dogs of all ages my entire life. From puppies to senior dogs, I am sure to walk at a pace the dog is comfortable with and take breaks if the dog needs time to rest. (Henry) Most of the time weekends are free for me so I thought why not start a dog walking business to start saving money. Outside of animals, I enjoy learning about computers and new technology. (Henry) I have a pug that I walk everyday in my neighborhood.
