About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and cats for most of it — pet care has just always been part of my world. For the past 5 and a half years, I’ve raised my own dog, a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, from a puppy to adulthood, including working through his reactivity, so I have real hands-on experience with reactive and high-energy dogs. I know structured exercise, mental stimulation, training, and reading a dog’s cues, and I’m comfortable handling pets that need a more experienced, patient hand. Whether your dog is laid-back or comes with their own quirks, they’ll be in good hands with me. I was recently laid off from my full-time job at the airport, so my schedule is completely flexible to fit the needs of you and your pet(s). Your home and your pet’s safety are always my top priority. I treat every house I stay in with the same care and respect I’d want for my own — securing doors and gates, following your pet’s routine closely, and staying alert to anything out of the ordinary. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years old! I have years of experience with cats and dogs and am a happy owner of two cats myself! I have a plethora of experience of taking care of pets of all ages, including seniors as well as pets of all needs; including medication administration, special dietary needs, and more. About: Caring for animals is second nature to me, I first began when I was 8 years old, helping my church members at their farms, which turned into me helping my babysitter with pet sitting when she would watch me. When I am pet sitting for friends, family, & neighbors I feed and walk their pets at the provided scheduled time and I also make a point to spend at least 5-10 minutes playing with them and getting them some interaction for the day, as I’m sure they miss their family. My goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of fur babies, reptile friends, farm family members, and bird companions when their primary family needs someone to care for them.
About: Ive been around pets all my life! I started raising dogs when I was 11 and have helped friends and nieghbors with their dogs and cats since I was 15. Tasks have ranged from small check-ins with pets, to staying overnight to keep them company. Right now I work at a local food pantry on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sundays are also a busy day for me, but I can be very flexible and move times around with enough notice. I have one black short haired cat that I spend most of my time with. She stays indoors, but I let her come out on my back deck to get some air and a better view of the birds and chipmunks she always has beef with.
