About: Hi! I’m River. I was raised with dogs and cats (and birds and turtles and fish) as a child, and as an adult I have raised my own from puppyhood/kittenhood through their senior years. I am comfortable with puppy potty training, litter box training, cleaning messes, handling kitten/puppy energy, etc. I can do light grooming (brushing fur, cleaning with wipes, applying powders, etc) and give medications. (I can even do baths with the right set-up, and advanced notice.) I typically like to do a little light housekeeping anywhere I stay; I live by the motto of “leave it better than you found it.” I also have a wide range of experience and am comfortable caring for various other pets that might need tending while you’re out. In general I love all animals; when asked if I am “a dog person or a cat person,” I say, “yes.” I have done lots of pet-sitting for friends and family (including fostering for a year, to help a friend of a friend while she finished school) and I love meeting and getting to know new animal friends. I am finally joining Rover at the recommendation of many friends and family members who think caring for people’s pets is an excellent job for me. I’m new to Rover, but not new to pet care, and if you trust me with your pets’ care you will find they are in very good hands! I am happy to care for your pets in the way that works best for them: coming regularly to take them for walks, scoop litter boxes, and pick up puppy pads, etc., or staying with them in the comfort of their own home if they need more than drop-in attention. If in-home sitting is needed for extended periods, I may need to leave for a few hours at a time, but I can work around your pet’s needs for specific mealtimes, walk/potty times, etc. I love all pets as the individuals they are, and care for them as if they were my own. You can rely on me to follow detailed instructions, keep you updated, and make sure they are as happy and well-cared-for as can be while you are away.

To give you peace of mind, I am happy to send frequent photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see how much fun they are having. For walks, I utilize multiple leashes and harnesses to ensure every outing is secure and controlled. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and care for all types. I am reliable, patient, and treat every pet great! I worked at a pet care for about a year as well! Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine because I plan my time around their needs. About: I'm a dependable and hard worker who's had dogs and cats my whole life, and have been pet/house sitting off and on since I was an early teenager. I love taking dogs for runs or walks with me and getting the chance to exercise them, or just playing with them in the house. I have plenty of experience with older dogs who need medication and various special care needs, dogs who have recently had operations, as well as with puppies making messes. I also have cared for kittens and older cats who need play time or lots of love. I'm happy to give daily updates on your pets; I think they are just as cute as you do! I've taken care of houses, plants, and pets for up to three month periods, communicating with the owners the whole time. I will love and care for your pets just like you do! I currently work from home and have a completely flexible schedule, so I can fit your pets' care needs in however works best for them. I have lots of experience with very high energy working dogs, German Shepherds, who needed to be kenneled and fed in particular ways, as well as experience with caring for up to six pets at a time, making sure they're all fed and getting along at dinner or play times.

About: Hi! My name is Liv and I adore taking care of pets. I have had experience with all sizes of dogs, but I also love cats! I am currently available any day and any time besides Thursdays. Thursdays I have a reoccurring appointment that i must attend to. But I am free otherwise! It is extremely important to me to create a safe and loving environment for your pet. About: I’ve had animals, including dogs, my whole life. I’ve worked at a vet office; I was the one they always called to handle the big dogs. I’ve helped deliver puppies, trimmed nails, groomed, bathed, and administered meds. I’m also a great cuddler and love puppy hugs and kisses 😘 I work part time and have control of my schedule so I’ve got plenty of time to give your pets the best care. Your pets come first. I stay at people’s homes and follow all their instructions and routines as best I can. I love pet cuddles and try to make them feel loved and taken care of while their humans are away. 💜

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets since I was a child. I have experience giving oral medicine as well as shots. I will consistently walk, play, feed them as well as take care of any pet as if it were my own. :) I am currently working part time but am open to nearly any time as I can work around that schedule to fit you and your pups needs. I have a fenced yard and my friendly pup will help entertain. Can kennel if wanted or keep my pup to his room, otherwise the fur barbies will be outside playing or inside with me and my fiance.

About: I have done overnight sitting and care for different families and animals for over 6 years. I stay with the animal in your home and do feedings, play time and anything else needed. 😊 I work from home part time and outside of the house part time as well. It’s a new schedule for me and can be back in home after my 6 hour shifts. I can accommodate any special needs or amount of time that is unique to each family. About: I have a passion for animals, when they are put in my care while your away or at work, they come first! I grew up with dogs and have a passion for them, I have officially worked with dogs as a profession for 6 years now. I allow dogs on my bed and couches however I continue whatever training you do for your dog while they are with me. You can count on the fact that I will not go against what you allow your dog to do and not do when there with me. I continue the care and training you do at home, consistency is so important. I do have a 2year old daughter, she is very good with animals, she does not treat them poorly & she is surprisingly gentle with my extended families dogs. I love spoiling dogs and taking them for drives (unless the dog is like my familys dog and disliles car rides). I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your animal. My schedule is all over so I will look at each request for my services carefully and only accept when best for my family and yours. I have a fenced yard, no pets of my own however am able to house dogs. I essentially do what the owner requests, the care depends on each individual family. Everyone trains there dog differently, in regards to furniture, treats and walking. Some owners are more strict and I stick to what the family wants with caring for there pet.

About: I worked at a vet clinic for 3.5 years but due to life changes I now work at a pet store and petsit to continue to work with animals while I work towards my goal of working in vet med again. I’m reliable with my own transportation and am very knowledgeable in proper pet care. I am communicative, compassionate, and attentive to animals and their needs. About: Hi yall! I grew up on a farm with my two parents who are vets. I have experience with rats, mice, horses and bunnies as well as dogs and cats. I work Saturdays and Sundays from 8-2pm, but other than that I have an open schedule. I tend to wake up around 8 or 9 am and can tend to the pet until around 10 when I go to sleep. My pets get fed at breakfast and dinner. Other than that they are accustomed to being around the family for the day. Occasionally we will lock them into our dog room when no one is home to watch them.

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was a baby, and started dog sitting in my neighborhood when I was just 13. I’ve stayed overnight, popped in for walks, feeding, and quality time, and have even taken dogs to appointments! I love to go on walks, but also be calm at home, I’m always down to play, but I’m also down to take a nap when they’re tuckered out! I’m currently part time at build a bear and attending cosmetology school! So when I’m off school and off work I’ve got plenty of time with the babies! My shifts at work typically range from 5-7 hours at the most, and from Thursday-Saturday I attend school from 9-4:30 in Willsonville. I sometimes will have work after school till 7pm or 8, but will always let you know ahead of time to avoid conflict! I’m not easily annoyed, and am very sweet on animals, I can be firm if needed, take a dog potty, and crate them. With cats I can make sure they stay out of things they don’t need to be in, and make sure everyone is happy overall!

Since I was 15, I have been pet sitting for friends, family, and my neighbors which has given me experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, personalities, and levels of need. About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.

I love being outdoors and I’ve always been an animal lover. I am a personal trainer at a private gym in Oregon city. I am typically at work for 1-3 hours per day in the late mornings. I have a large fenced backyard for the pets and I tend to take daily walks or hikes to release the pets energy. Potty breaks are every few hours.
