About: I have taken care of all dogs and cats for years. In 2025 I gained my training and worked as a Kennel Technician at the HoundsTown franchise. On the side, whether its neighbors who go away for extended vacations, or dog walking within apartment buildings in New York and Central Park, this has always been a job in my life. About: Hi! I'm James, I have worked at an animal hospital for over a year and have experience walking, feeding, handling, and taking care of dogs, cats, and other animals. I'm also trained to handle various exotic pets. I also have over 2 years of experience as a dog walker. I would love to be able to fit pet care into my weekly routine after class, on weekends, and pretty much whenever I have the time. I have the most experience caring for exotic and small pets, and know how to engage with them, handle them, feed and care for them. I also have experience caring for dogs and cats and am able to notice unusual behavior and can alert the owner or potentially a veterinarian about it if need be. About: As a social worker, I'm highly attuned to both human and animal needs/issues, and love getting to know and cater to unique personalities - or provide loving care for those who are ill or have special needs. I started taking care of neighbors' pets at an early age and though we only had fish and birds and a cat at home, dogs and other animals became a special love of mine.
