About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life—whether it’s been my own pets, helping out friends, or rescuing strays in need. Both of my cats were rescued by me, and I’ve always had a natural connection with animals. They’re drawn to me, and I love giving them the same trust and affection they show me. I grew up with big dogs, including two pit bulls and a boxer, so I’m confident and comfortable handling larger breeds. Over the years, I’ve potty trained dogs, taught tricks, and cared for pets with all kinds of temperaments. My experience goes beyond cats and dogs—I’ve also cared for frogs, snakes, turtles, and even had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with elephants in Thailand. My love for animals runs so deep that I’ve been vegan for over a decade. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s truly part of who I am. Since I mostly work from home, I can easily accommodate bookings, cancellations, last-minute changes, and special requests. The only exception is occasional weekend evenings after 5 PM, when I work at The Colony in Woodstock. Other than that, I’m always here for you and your pets! I live in a spacious three-bedroom, 2 story home with a large open yard, perfect for pets to play and explore. Your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch, run, and enjoy the outdoors while getting all the exercise and fresh air they need to stay happy and healthy.

About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs for over 25 years, both in my own home and for others. I am diligent with administering oral medication. When I am not caring for animals and house sitting I am a nursing student and child care professional. I will give your fur baby plenty of care and affection! I currently am renting and cannot have pets in my home so it is a truly a joy to be able to spend time with your pet. I am outdoorsy and upon request, I love taking dogs on walks on the rail trail or parks and can provide daily exercise for high energy dogs. I am able to house/pet sit. I am available for walks on evenings after 5:30pm. When I’m not hiking or getting outside I am a homebody and am very available for pet cuddles. I care for pets in their clients home. I feed them, change their water, administer medications, take dogs on walks, and/or change cats litter boxes. About: As a social worker, I'm highly attuned to both human and animal needs/issues, and love getting to know and cater to unique personalities - or provide loving care for those who are ill or have special needs. I started taking care of neighbors' pets at an early age and though we only had fish and birds and a cat at home, dogs and other animals became a special love of mine. I have been cat, dog, bird and other little furry friend sitting for over four decades and have done so for several years as a 5 star sitter on Trusted Housesitters. A veteran 5-start pet-sitter, I am new to Rover and am figuring out how the calendar and geography works so it can reflect where I am and when I'm available. Most folks comment that they can barely tell I've been there. Cleanliness, respect, and loving care are my hallmarks. I make sure to honor any requests and instructions for people's homes, which often have quirks and special needs -- and to of course respect privacy too, just as I would as a social worker. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I have owned and cared for multiple breeds of dogs and cats, big and small, and been a pet sitter for friends and family on and off for the last 10 years. As a result of my experience as a pet parent and sitter I am very comfortable with most breeds. I also have limited experience training full grown dogs as well as puppies. I am available for walks, check-ins, or pet sitting every day. I am also available for boarding on a case by case basis. My work schedule allows me to be present for most of the day, so I can remain attentive and take plenty of walk and play breaks. During the times that I am gone I am able to crate them if that is your preference or they can have free access to the main part of the house and I will check in on them regularly through the doggie cams. I am able to dog sit in your home as well as in my own home, which has a large amount of indoor space that they can roam around in, as well as a partially fenced back yard that they can play in on a long leash with my supervision. I have plenty of time for walks and play breaks during the day. And during the few hours a day that I am out of the house, they can be crated, or they can roam around the main part of the house. I check in on them every half hour through the doggy cams set up in the house. I am comfortable walking, feeding, and if necessary, providing medication on the schedule and in the manner that you prefer.
