About: I took animal science at port ewen boces throughout my junior and senior year of highschool. I've learned pet care, restraints, handling and grooming. I've always had a love for animals especially dogs! Pet care fits into my daily routine because i have three dogs at home that i walk and feed everyday. day. I am very comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, exercise, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I am confident handling both small and large dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and proper control when working with them. 🐾 When caring for pets, I always make safety a priority. I make sure dogs are either on a leash or in a secure fenced area and never left to wander off alone. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I take care of my dog and other dogs that I get asked to do so I can do Monday- Sunday at any time of the day. I take care of my dog when my grandparents are away with my mom. When needed I feed my dog and give him water when he is out of water When I dog sit my aunts dog when her and her family are away. I feed him on the morning and let him out. Play with my aunts dog. Then feed him at night. I also play with him whenever I go let him back out. I stayed the night for a couple nights

About: I grew up with dogs, a cat, gerbil, fish, and even a rescue squirrel. I have been pet sitting for a few years and just love it. I take care of all breeds, ages, and size dogs as well as cats and other traditional pets. I can administer oral meds and ointments. While I am not a trainer, I do everything I can to reinforce any training they have or are undergoing. I am a full time pet sitter. I occasionally do some consulting but that is all WFH. I am flexible and don't have any day restrictions. While I am open to boarding and some dog walking, I typically do pet sitting in your house and drop-ins while people are out of town. My goal is to keep consistency for your animals. I ask questions to understand what they are allowed and not allowed to do, eat, etc. and I stick to it. I believe pets are a member of your family, not just some animal. I will do everything I can to create a safe environment for them. I will also take their lead. If they want pets, they will get it. If they are more standoffish, I won't force contact. Their well being is my #1 priority. You will find I am very communicative, and provide updates how and when you would like. While my 1st priority is their safety, my second, is providing you will peace of mind, so you can fully enjoy your time away.

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs and an occasional fish. I have a passion for animals and love learning all about their different personalities and quirks! I work part time and I’m free any time after 3pm and before 9am. Also free Tuesday and Wednesdays all day! About: I've owned a small dogwalking/pet sitting business since 1999. I(Maria) am CPDT-KA certified in dog training as well. I've worked with all breeds of dogs, ages with many different dispositions. My husband & I moved from Brooklyn(where we had our biz since 2006) to New Paltz this summer. We are continuing to do personal & very limited boarding in our new home. I(Maria) am also offering private training sessions(in your home) . I specialize in puppy or newly adopted pups/dogs. Doggie care is part of my daily routine. I have 2 dogs of my own, both less energy less days, but still enjoy getting their walks & sniffs in. The very limited boarding means your dogs stay with our family, always supervised & leashed outside. We have many dogs beds but can bring your own.

About: I grew up in a home that always had multiple animals. Whether it was cats, dogs, fish, snakes and plenty more I was always taking care of different animals. Now as I’ve grown older the love for animals has not stopped. Dogs are really the best companions and can understand you more than some humans. The love I have for animals is truly the same love I have for family members. I’ll always make sure they are being well taken care of, fed, running freely or on walks, playing and always loved! Your dog will be treated like my own! My work schedule varies quite a bit, I may need to go into work sometimes & in that case my mother is typically home anyway. Otherwise I am home I have a fenced in area for the doggies to run freely. I have a dog of my own so I know what a dog needs and the love and attention they deserve! They can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable with at my home.

About: I’ve taken care of young puppies, energetic dogs and senior pets as well. We are an outdoorsie family and like to go for long walk and hikes with our dog. High energy pet is a no problem! Our current dog is a senior, so we have a nice accommodating environment for her and other senior pups. I’m staying home currently with a baby. I decided to start providing pet care for extra income and for interacting with other animals, as we are not a able to get more animals at this time. I have a large house with a one acre yard and an and an overhead trolley cable. There are multiple rooms where the dogs can rest and a large crate where the doggies can be if they feel safe there.

About: I have been working as a vet tech for 4 years. I have quite a few clients I go to their home for nail clips and gland expressions, I been doing that for 2-3 years. I have plenty of time to care for your babies, taking time for a bit to do so. I know days you have things come up and need something asap I will be able to provide that. Anything your fur baby needs I will make sure they get just that. They will receive the same love as you give them that’s for sure.
