It also makes it more fun when there are friends to play with, who were friendly and chill once all the excitement wore off. I would definitely have my dog stay at Gabriel’s home again! I felt comfortable and reassured as he sent me updates on any mischief she was getting into and influencing his dogs to do. He was also accommodating, as I picked her up very late. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.”
