She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. “Beth and Ron are absolutely amazing/caring people. We left our two dogs with them for 5 days and we could not be happier with the level of comfort we experienced while we were away. The updates were timely and plentiful (which we loved) and they spent plenty of time playing with their dog (Riley). I'm pretty sure they did not want to come home after, but when they did the were so tired that they slept the entire day and night! That just showed me how much they played! I'd recommend these sitters to anyone looking and will not hesitate to use them again when we to away next (already being planned!). I promise you will not regret it!”
