About: I've owned a small dogwalking/pet sitting business since 1999. I am CPDT-KA certified in dog training as well. I've worked with all breeds of dogs, ages with many different dispositions. My dogs are in small, friendly groups(3-5) that walk daily in Prospect Park. I'm not like other walkers who just walk around the block....I think it's important for the pups to be in nature, sniff & roll in the grass & get all those good smells in! I do all private training lessons(in your home) & specialize in puppy training Walking/training/boarding dogs is my professional job. I'm home throughout the day except for dog walks throughout the day. I also do training mostly on the weekends. I have a ground floor apt in a quiet neighborhood. All my dogs get out at least 4 times a day , usually with one outing to Prospect Park daily.

“Katherine has been great with my dog Leo. She can get in and out of a very difficult door to open (fiddly lock) and is very self-reliant. I’m sure Leo likes her a lot and I’m happy to have her walk my dog. A+”

I am very organized, tidy and detail oriented. Whatever your pets needs,I try my very best to provide it. I have had very active pets and shy pets as well, so I am good working with both. I am currently working part-time and I have a flexible schedule to take care of pets in their home. I am able to make frequent trips if needed. I am very responsible and organized. I have cats that try to sneak out of the house and I am very diligent about how I enter a home to keep all pets safe. I also currently have cats that need to be separated for safety reasons, so I am very familiar working with challenging pets and keeping everyone safe.

About: Hey there! I absolutely adore dogs and look forward to meeting yours! I have a 6 year old beagle mix that we rescued from West Virginia when she was a puppy. My partner has a 7 year old mixed breed. I’m happy to care for your couch potato, or your crazy puppy, or your leash-puller, anxious barker, hairy mess- you name it, I’m always up for a challenge and I love them all. My schedule is completely open all week. Working with my partner, I am able to be with your dog for almost all the hours in a day. We have a fenced-in backyard with half an acre for the dogs to run around in. The living room is very dog-friendly with couches, armchairs, and a big dog bed. We usually do a daily 2 mile morning walk with the dogs in addition to their yard time, which is basically constant. Depending on your dog's interests, they can come with us on the walk, be released in the yard, or be lead-walked outside for potties. If you have special feeding or care instructions that is no problem. If you are nervous about your animal being around mine, I can also keep them separate as there are two buildings on the property.

“Always on time, flexible, professional. Couldn't ask for more!”

About: I have had cats all of my life and dogs for at least the latter half of it. I can care for sick and elderly dogs and cats and can administer medications, even by subcutaneous injections. I am a mature man, available on a regular basis. My Golden Retriever and I look forward to sharing our time with your beloved pets. I do not have a fenced yard, and I do own a Golden Retriever. So, I do have limitations and restrictions when it comes to boarding. Regardless of whether I care for your pet in your home or in mine, they will receive gentle, loving treatment from an experienced pet daddy.

“David is amazing! ✨🐾”

About: I grew up in a home that always had multiple animals. Whether it was cats, dogs, fish, snakes and plenty more I was always taking care of different animals. Now as I’ve grown older the love for animals has not stopped. Dogs are really the best companions and can understand you more than some humans. The love I have for animals is truly the same love I have for family members. I’ll always make sure they are being well taken care of, fed, running freely or on walks, playing and always loved! Your dog will be treated like my own! My work schedule varies quite a bit, I may need to go into work sometimes & in that case my mother is typically home anyway. Otherwise I am home I have a fenced in area for the doggies to run freely. I have a dog of my own so I know what a dog needs and the love and attention they deserve! They can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable with at my home.

“Angelica was incredible taking our two high energy dogs (a 1.5yr old 60lber and a 6mo old 30lber) for a long walk this week. She sent us amazing pictures of them having some much fun on local nature trails. She was so easy to coordinate and communicate with, and should a true love and care for our beloved 4-legged family members. We're so happy to have found her and looking forward to continuing to work together!”

About: Honestly, I don't have much experience with dog care, however, I am a seasoned cat mom and animal lover of my entire life. I have had cats by my side my whole life and currently love and take care of three senior cats. Personally, I'd love to get out for some exercise and assist others with tight schedules in need of dog care. Currently working part-time and looking to venture out to walk your pup. Seeking those with tight schedules in need of drop in, pup walk assistance. Depending on your personal criteria, specific instructions will be followed with your pup in mind. Either by a home visits or leashed walks outside during the day. Upon, booking please provide a general overview of your pets behavior. Thank you!

About: I grew up with dogs, a cat, gerbil, fish, and even a rescue squirrel. I have been pet sitting for a few years and just love it. I take care of all breeds, ages, and size dogs as well as cats and other traditional pets. I can administer oral meds and ointments. While I am not a trainer, I do everything I can to reinforce any training they have or are undergoing. I am a full time pet sitter. I occasionally do some consulting but that is all WFH. I am flexible and don't have any day restrictions. While I am open to boarding and some dog walking, I typically do pet sitting in your house and drop-ins while people are out of town. My goal is to keep consistency for your animals. I ask questions to understand what they are allowed and not allowed to do, eat, etc. and I stick to it. I believe pets are a member of your family, not just some animal. I will do everything I can to create a safe environment for them. I will also take their lead. If they want pets, they will get it. If they are more standoffish, I won't force contact. Their well being is my #1 priority. You will find I am very communicative, and provide updates how and when you would like. While my 1st priority is their safety, my second, is providing you will peace of mind, so you can fully enjoy your time away.

Maria & Doug S.
“Doug and Maria have been talking care of Jackson for over eleven years now. Not just taking care, taking really good care. Doug and Maria are everything you want in someone who looks after a member of your family. They are the only people who have a set of keys to my house. This is Brooklyn, you don’t give your keys to just anyone. They are the only people who walk Jackson, the only people who share their house with Jackson when we go out of town, and the only people I call when I have an emergency and need help. We noticed when Jackson went out with Doug and Maria he had more joy, he wanted to play more and walk further. It was obvious they bring Jackson joy. Doug and Maria both walk and board dogs at their house. Like I said, really good care. We can’t express enough how thankful we are for them”
