About: I lived in California for 4 years and while I was there I was apart of a dog rescue. Many dogs lived at my house. I also had a couple of cats , so I am comfortable around both! I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is pretty open for the most part. You can just ask me a time and I can see if I can work around it! I watch a family friends dog a lot at my house. He just wanders around the house. He is usually stuck to me like glue so he doesn’t go far lol . When he stays at my house he just lays in bed with me. He is a Maltese and Chihuahua mix! When he goes outside to use the bathroom he doesn’t go far and he listens to me when I tell him to come. I do not have fencing or anything around my house.

About: I was raised in a positive pet friendly family environment and had my own dogs and cats for more than twenty years. I can handle large, medium, and small dogs and will look to give them long walks and lots of exercise as a good dog is a tired dog. About: I love caring for cats of all ages, from kittens to seniors. I especially love playing with more rambunctious cats. I've lived in several situations with two or more cats in which they had to be slowly introduced or their interactions managed, and I'm confident in reading cats' body language. I think it is so important to be patient with cats and pay attention to their individual wants and needs. My own cat is very calm but cautious with other animals.

Now as I’ve grown older the love for animals has not stopped. Dogs are really the best companions and can understand you more than some humans. The love I have for animals is truly the same love I have for family members. I’ll always make sure they are being well taken care of, fed, running freely or on walks, playing and always loved! About: Hello! My partner and I have dog-sat for friends many times, but the request doesn’t come frequently enough! We’re happy to host your pet and treat it as if it were our own. We work nearby our apartment and can walk your dog during the day. We are fine with pets on our furniture and in our bed, but will respect any training you have in place. We’ll joyfully take your pet on long walks and adhere to feeding schedules. I have trained my family dogs in the past, and are happy to teach your pup a few new tricks! We ask for well-behaved, house-trained dogs OR crate-trained provided you have a crate. I take care of all breeds, ages, and size dogs as well as cats and other traditional pets. I can administer oral meds and ointments. Those days are the best days - i walk them, feed them their meals and required medicine, and always make sure they have loads of attention and pets! I work and live full time locally in the Hudson Valley. I have breaks where I can provide extra care and attention depending on different schedules and needs. The yard is partially fenced. There are ample options of dog beds throughout the house. I also can crate your pet if needed and appropriate.

About: I lived in California for 4 years and while I was there I was apart of a dog rescue. Many dogs lived at my house. I also had a couple of cats , so I am comfortable around both! I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is pretty open for the most part. You can just ask me a time and I can see if I can work around it! I watch a family friends dog a lot at my house. He just wanders around the house. He is usually stuck to me like glue so he doesn’t go far lol . When he stays at my house he just lays in bed with me. He is a Maltese and Chihuahua mix! When he goes outside to use the bathroom he doesn’t go far and he listens to me when I tell him to come. I do not have fencing or anything around my house.

About: I was raised in a positive pet friendly family environment and had my own dogs and cats for more than twenty years. I can handle large, medium, and small dogs and will look to give them long walks and lots of exercise as a good dog is a tired dog. I work full-time but have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends to feed, walk, play fetch, or just hang out with your dog. I am happy to come to your home and walk your dog and or play at a local dog park, I am familiar with dogs from Yorkshire Terriers and Kings Charles Spaniels to Rottweilers and German Shepards.

Jane offers a safe, caring dog-friendly, people-friendly home. She understood our anxiety and took time with both us and our dog. This was only the third time with a sitter and second boarding my Whiskey dog overnight; but never have I felt as content as when he was with Judy, her wonderful family & beautiful home. “Marika was amazing! Feel very fortunate to have gotten her on short notice. My Viszla mix Susie loved her immediately. Marika took her on lots of walks (with tick check afterwards), sent updates, and her house/backyard space were perfect for an active breed. She went above and beyond when it came to making sure Susie was stimulated, making up little games for her to play with the squirrels and rabbits. Anytime I'm in the area I'll definitely be looking to book with Marika.”
