From start to finish, she was communicative, diligent, gentle, and conscientious during the planning, the pet/house sitting, and in following up. She went above and beyond in many ways, and I walked into my home after being away and could see immediately that our girls and our home treated beyond exceptionally well. My dogs are at best, not the simplest - they are large, we have various daily medications for all three, a range of ages, one with anxiety and another who resource guards and a third who has arthritis. Serena handled each as an individual competently and gently. She problem solved and communicated when small (outside of her control) issues arose with our gate/dog management system, and she was unphased while solving (she even installed a new gate I had delivered to the house - which was certainly not in her job description!). It was clear from the meet and greet and following photo updates that the dogs loved her, and I'm so grateful to have a connection for future in home pet care that I can more than trust!
