About: I have always been an animal lover. As a kid, I had a guinea pig and a dog, and I spent a lot of my time at a farm, riding and caring for horses. Aside from taking care of my family dog, I have looked after the pets of friends and acquaintances. I have experience with both dogs and cats. I have volunteered in animal shelters and sanctuaries, and previously worked with a dog groomer, bathing and drying dogs. I work a part-time 11am-5pm job, mostly on weekends, along with some special events. I have quite a bit of flexibility with my schedule, so I can arrange it to fit with other responsibilities, such as pet sitting needs! I have a fenced yard, perfect for playing! I currently do not have any pets. I love to provide pets with the entertainment exercise they need, and I'm always happy to give cuddles if your pet likes physical affection, or space if they prefer to keep some distance.

I am currently working a part-time remote job, so I am able to check in on pets whenever needed throughout the day. About: Hi! I’m a proud dog mama to two wonderful dogs—a Pit Bull/Lab mix and an Australian Cattle Dog. 🐾 I’m familiar with using flat collars, prong collars, and slip leads, and I understand the importance of using the right equipment safely and appropriately. I’ve also taken several dog-training classes with my own dogs, giving me a good foundation in leash handling, communication, basic obedience, and training techniques. I’ve also dog-sat for friends and family in the past, caring for dogs in their homes and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love while their owners are away. I’m patient, responsible, and genuinely love spending time with dogs. I currently work full-time, but I’m available Friday evenings and have flexible availability throughout the weekends. I’d be happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule and your dog’s needs. Since I don’t have a fenced in yard, I’m used to providing my dogs with structured exercise and supervision. My older dog is leash-walked, while my younger dog is allowed off-leash using an e-collar in appropriate settings. We incorporate training throughout the day, along with plenty of playtime, exercise, and mental stimulation. This routine has given me experience balancing safety, structure, training, and fun while caring for dogs with different ages and energy levels.

When I am not caring for animals and house sitting I am a nursing student and child care professional. I will give your fur baby plenty of care and affection! I am outdoorsy and upon request, I love taking dogs on walks on the rail trail or parks and can provide daily exercise for high energy dogs. I am able to house/pet sit. I'm also trained to handle various exotic pets. I also have over 2 years of experience as a dog walker. I have the most experience caring for exotic and small pets, and know how to engage with them, handle them, feed and care for them.
