About: I've had over 20 years of pet care experience, ranging between several different dog breeds and sizes, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even some bird-sitting. I understand each pet is different in their own way, some needing certain medications or volumes of food and water, and other pets are easier to take care of, but their owners need someone last minute to help watch and take care of their beloved pets. I also know when it comes to more than one pet in the household, some pets can get rowdy with each other and may tend to hurt one other, so I'm used to cleaning up after and treating the occasional bites or scratches they inflict. Having to give medications, give special food, and even seeing blood or recent wounds on animals doesn't stop me from providing the care they need while their owners are away at work or vacation or whatever else life has thrown their way. I've been known to be a reliable petsitter by many friends and family members over the years, and I make sure to follow all needs and specifications for each pet, regardless of their age and their size. At the moment, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and then on Mondays and Wednesdays I am attending a class from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, which anytime before or afterwards I can help walk or watch over pets. While I do not currently offer petsitting at my own home due to my roommates, I understand that every owner's household and every pet is different. I make sure that each of the doors and windows are closed and locked for the pet's safety, unless otherwise specified by the owners. If there are certain rooms or parts of the house off-limits to myself or the pets, I keep us away from those areas for the owner's privacy. And if the pets do tend to make a mess or I use any of the utilities of the home to help clean and take care of the pets, I make sure that everything is turned off and cleaned up afterwards so there are no messes for the owners when they return to their home and beloved pets.

“Samantha was great! I had her do drop-in visits for my cat, Carl, while we were away for the weekend. I got a photo every time she visited, and she followed the instructions that I left. I’ll definitely have her sit for us again.”

About: I've had first hand experience helping care for my family dogs, including a senior pup at one point. I work hard to make sure animals are well cared for, and that extends to family friends as I've helped with their precious pups as well. I will mention I have no problem with cats either! They require patience and love. I currently am a student, with classes on Mondays and Tuesdays until 6pm. The rest of my week tends to remain open, with working 12-4 on the weekends. Up until December 8th 2024, I will have rehearsals from 7-9 Monday through Thursday during the week! Availability is set to change by then. I can guide dogs to the crate if needed, provide walks, as well as food and water. I currently cannot house animals at my family home due to a temperamental pet, but I'm willing to take on any challenge beyond that! I do have experience caring for a senior animal, but I had the noble experience of rescuing a stray kitten. I'm willing to do what it takes to ensure any pet in my care is safe and knows its boundaries are respected.

“Caroline took care of my cat for multiple days and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and caring. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet caregiver!”

Madison B.
“I have never met somebody more dedicated to caring for pets than Madison. She knows more about most animals than I could explain, and cares for them like her children Pets in all forms bring a smile to Madison’s face, and I have no doubt that she would provide excellent care for whoever chooses to leave their pets in her charge.”

Ethan V.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Ethan for nearly a decade and I only have positive things to say about him. To name a few, he is forthcoming, trustworthy, outgoing, and extremely kind. I have watched him have a few cats over the years and, recently, a dog! He treats his fur babies like family and also has a history of caretaking for people with a variety of physical and intellectual impairments. All that is to say, he takes caretaking very seriously. Although I have known him in the context of a friendship, he has cared for my family dog on a few occasions and I never feel like I have to check-in or make sure things are going okay, as I know 1) he treats other’s animals like his own, and 2) he wouldn’t hesitate to reach out if he had questions or concerns. Now, I own an anxious and reactive dog (Goose). On the outside, Ethan is all of the things that Goose is scared of (e.g., tall, a man(!), etc.). When they met, Ethan let Goose warm up to him at his own pace and never pushed him to far. I would 100% trust him to watch Goose (and that’s a high standard to meet). I think Ethan would be great with pups who need a little patience, and any others, of course!”
