About: I’ve been around animals all my life. My mom started a pet sitting business when I was a teenager and I often helped with visits. My first job in high school was in a pet grooming salon where I learned how to bathe and later groom. I paid my way through college as a groomer working at a vet and also an animal behaviorist/trainer. I helped them out in my downtime with training and in the boarding area. I also spend my free time working with animal rescue groups and also photographing cats and dogs. I love animals so much and live with my two senior rescue pets, one of which has diabetes, so I’m no stranger to giving medication. I work a flexible, remote, work from home schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for your furry family members during the times requested. I care for pets in my client’s homes in the manner they request. If they’d prefer their pets crated when I leave, I can do so, I’m also comfortable leaving them out in the house when I leave. I always scan the area to make sure there is nothing they’ve gotten into that can harm them. I am not comfortable leaving pets in the yard when I’m not present unless there is a dog door (and it’s not around a fireworks holiday).

About: Mom of two Daschunds for 14 years. Experienced with giving medication, walks, clean up, noticing signs of anything off. I am attentive and aware. I have had two little dogs that get into everything, and need round the clock care. Fur babies are the new kids of our generation and I treat them as such. I am detail oriented and am very good with intricate directions. I also just absolutely love playing with and cuddling dogs, I love them like my own! One huge thing for me is communication and check ins! Keeping you in the loop and updated with texts and pictures is number one priority (after your pets safety and happiness of course) 🐾 Also a background in photography so don’t be surprised if I send you stunning photos of your babies that you’ll probably want to get framed 💕 My schedule changes every week. So I can be available anywhere from 7am-5pm. We can work together to find what works best for you and your pets needs. I am experienced with giving medications/shots so if this is a need I am able to provide that as well. I know it can be hard when dogs need medications 3-4 times a day when we are away! I have cared for two dachsunds for 14 years and have had everything from pills, to liquid medications, to IVs. I want you to know your pet is in great hands!

About: As far as I can remember, I have always had pets. Dogs, cats, parakeets, hamsters, squirrels and the list goes on. I enjoy being with animals, they give me a sense of peace and well-being that I cannot find anywhere else. They ARE the best stress releaser. I have raised 2 litters of puppies and taken care of a few older furr babies. (They take a little more patience because they cannot get around like they used to) I do have a full-time job, but I can set my hours as needed. I am able to come home throughout the day and am home evenings and weekends. I have walking trails and a couple of parks that we can spend time together enjoying the outdoors. I share a home with my daughter and four-year-old granddaughter. Fur babies must be kid-friendly if staying the night. I have a fenced back yard. I do have a crate, if that is what you do when you are gone. I, also, am fine with them sleeping with me or near me if that is what you prefer.

About: I’ve been caring for other people’s pets for years. All through college, I watched dogs and cats for friends and family, and when I worked at a vet clinic, I gained even more experience. I’m comfortable administering all kinds of medication, including pills, liquids, and injections. I especially enjoy caring for older pets and those who may be a bit anxious. They often do best with patience and a consistent routine, and that’s exactly what I provide. During every stay, you’ll receive regular photo updates, along with notes on how your pet is eating, playing, sleeping, and handling any medication. I like to keep each pet on a daily schedule that closely matches their normal routine at home to help them settle in more comfortably. I work from home, so I’m here with the pets throughout the day. Guest pets aren’t left alone for long stretches, and I can stick to their regular times for meals, walks, potty breaks, and medication. My own pets already keep me on a set daily routine, and guest pets slip right into it. Each day has a steady rhythm of morning and evening meals, yard time, walks, play, and rest. In my home: My back yard is fully fenced, and I check the gates and fence line regularly. Guest pets share space with my two dogs and one cat, so every guest must be friendly with both dogs and cats. Before any first stay, I do a meet and greet so everyone can get to know each other. New guests are introduced to my pets slowly and are supervised until I know they all get along. At night, pets are kenneled for safety. Food, medications, and cleaning supplies are stored where pets can’t reach them. In your home (drop-ins): I follow your instructions for feeding, medication, and litter, and I double-check that doors, gates, and locks are secure before I leave. After each visit, I send a photo and a short note on how your pet is doing. Health and emergencies: From my time at a vet clinic, I’m comfortable giving all kinds of medication, including injections, and I know the early signs that a pet isn’t feeling well. Before each stay, I collect your vet’s contact information and any health notes. If anything seems off, I’ll contact you right away, and I’ll take your pet to the vet if needed.

About: I’ve always been a dog lover and grew up taking care of, training, and of course loving my family dog, Potter. I have three years of pet sitting and dog walking experience but well over a decade of experience if you count Potter! I also have volunteer experience at the SPCA and Humane Society with both dogs and cats. I know how stressful it can be to find the right person to trust with taking care of your fur baby when you’re gone away or even out of the house for long hours during the day, and I pride myself on always providing the best care I possibly can from sending lots of photos and updates to following all of the sometimes silly and seemingly overcomplicated little rituals and routines your baby is used to doing when you’re home with them! I’m a professional ballet dancer and currently in my summer “off season” so my schedule is extremely flexible and can accommodate whatever works best for you and your pets! I always like to do an in person introduction with you and your pets so I’m able to get to know exactly how you guys like do things, and of course to get to know your fur baby so I’m not a total stranger when I’m looking after them while you’re away! I have first hand experience with good and bad pet sitters for my own fur babies so it’s really important to me that both you and your pets are comfortable and feel confident with me before I take care of them!

About: I’m new to Rover, but I have plenty of experience caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors. I’ve helped with feeding, walks, playtime, check-ins, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I also understand how important it is to follow each pet’s routine and provide updates so you can feel comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. I work full-time, but I have plenty of availability for pet care throughout the week. I’m available all day Sunday through Tuesday. Wednesday through Saturday, I’m available around noon for drop-ins, walks, feeding, playtime, or other pet care needs. I’ll always communicate clearly and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they need. I always make sure pets are cared for in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. About: I have worked in pet care for over 2 years now and have had the opportunity to work with many different pets. I do baths, dog walking, training, playtimes, and more, along with many snuggles and treats ! As of right now I work from 5pm-5am So I will have all day to spend time with your pets and give them undivided attention and treat them as I would my own. About: Grew up surrounded by horses, cows, chickens, and never went without a pet in the home! I’ve even worked a little bit on farms and called myself “Captain of the Dogs” as a kid! Being in medical school keeps me a little too busy for a dog of my own, but I absolutely love the opportunity to care for your pets. I hope to be able to both take care of your pets in home, where they are used to, as well as out on walks to have some adventures! I look forward to it! I’m currently in medical school, so I stay very busy studying. However, I take frequent breaks to get outside and get active. I am also always looking for somewhere new to study (your home!) and a fur baby to pet (yours!). It’s very important to me to be as accommodating as possible so both you and your pet are comfortable, whatever that means for you guys. My priority is to keep things safe, fun and loving always.

About: I am very picky when it comes to the care of my dogs. They have a specific routine and eating schedule. They are my babies and I care for them as I would care for myself. I will absolutely make sure to do the same for your fur babies as well. I am dedicated to making other owners feel safe just the same as I need when I have to be away from my babies. I work remotely part time and can be available for full time care. I have cameras that I monitor our home. We enjoy going on long walks in the morning and in the evening when the sun begins setting in the heat of summer. In the cooler (not cold or freezing weather) seasons, we go on a mid-day walk and on the really pretty days we love to go for as many walks or adventures that we can. My babies usually get 2-4 20 to 30 minute walks per day, more activity outdoor time with beautiful weather. I have 2 dogs at home that eat, walk, play and relax on a routine. I have a safe and secure fenced in yard, but it is small. There is a dog park around the corner and lots of walking trails. I take my dogs on "adventures" and they do have seat belts to keep them safe in the car. Your pets would be a part of our family and I would have them on a similar schedule unless directed to do something different by you. I work less than a mile from my home and have cameras all over my house. I am able to be home within 5 minutes or less if needed when I am away. Walks, outside & play time are very dependent on the weather. We don't go outside in lightning at all or if it is raining weather we only go out back for potty breaks and I look at weather apps multiple times a day because I do have a sweet girl that does not handle storms well at all. We have a dog park in the neighborhood and great walking trails. We go on long adventures as much as possible as long as it is not too hot or cold. Paw pad inspections are done with my bare feet on the concreate before my babies are allowed to walk. My sweet girl is older, so Leia is not able to handle the heat like Kylo. I am also very mindful of this. Your babies would be treated as if they were my babies unless there are other things you need me to do that I am currently not doing for my own.
