“Excellent pet sitter. I really appreciate that Ashley takes such care with them and by now really knows their personalities and quirks. She is very reliable and caring.”

“Kathryn did a great job taking care of our cat KiKi, followed the instructions, and kept me posted. She also went the extra mile with trying to coax our shy senior KiKi out from under the bed! Would definitely recommend her services for piece of mind while you are away.”

“Caroline is absolutely wonderful with our dog! She sends great pics and details about the visits which I love! I’m so happy to have found such a great person to help us out. Our Coco loves her visits. Thank you!”

About: I have been working on Wag! For the last 3 years, but decided to try out Rover since so many people love it!! I have also had many dogs and cats growing up and am good at detecting when a dog is scared or distressed. Not only that, but I also have experience with elderly dogs and puppies and can care for both! I have a total of 348 5-star reviews on Wag! as well as hundreds of achievement badges on my profile for walks I’ve done! I can’t wait to help care for more pets on Rover, it really is what I love!! :) I have an online jewelry business that I run from home, I usually work on my orders at night, so during the day, I am free to help out people who’s pets need some extra care while they’re at work! It brings me so much joy to know that I can be of help for your dog/cat while you’re away! When I do sittings, I usually prefer to sit with the dog/cat throughout the day and go home late in the evening since I work on my jewelry orders from my house at night. But I also understand that some pets need extra love and care even at night so if you give advanced notice, I will do my best to make sure I can be with your pet overnight as well!

About: I have experience taking care of pets for more than 10 years I have always had animals and I teach them where to do their needs and tricks to improve their performance and well-being I have all the time available to take care of pets since I work with delivery applications so I manage my time Full time for animal I only have one cat in my house I can take it for a walk I have a park nearby and I have a backyard to take them out to do their needs

About: I'm a teacher who is on summer break and I will have a lot of time to care for your pet! I have had dogs my entire life. I have experience training puppies and caring for senior dogs. I adopted my first dog when I was 15 years old and she my my companion for 15 years. I eventually adopted a senior dog named Angus and he was my companion for 5 1/2 years. They were both amazing dogs who helped me learn a lot about animal care. I hope to spend my time this summer hanging out with and caring for your pet! I will be available after June 3 every day of the week. I do not work during the summer regularly, so I have a lot of time to spend with your pet! I will be unavailable from 9:00am-11:00am Monday-Thursday during the month of June while I teach virtually. I will also be unavailable from July 27-August 5. I currently have no pets, so my home could be your pet's home away from home! I have a fenced in yard that is very secure. I would love to take your dog on walks in my quiet neighborhood. Also, there is a nearby forest preserve that your dog would love to visit.

About: I have lived in a dog house my entire life! I grew up with a boxer puppy who lived with us his whole life. I now have a 7-year old Maltese mix that my family adopted just a few years ago I am trying to make some extra money before I go back to school in the fall and I am not currently employed anywhere. Therefore, I have a lot of free time that I want to spend being active and walking dogs. I have a fenced in yard that my dog will spend a lot of time in. He is not a huge fan of walks, but we used to walk our boxer a few times a day around the neighborhood. My current dog also takes medication four times a day. I have also grown up in LaGrange and know the area well, so I know great new places to go for dogs who prefer/need longer walks

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all kinds since I was 13; big, small, old, and puppies! I’ve watched my own dogs since they were puppies, and have spent the last few years dog-sitting for friends and family. Dog-sitting is going to be my job for this summer, and will have plenty of time to watch your pups! I plan to spend any free time I have dog-sitting. I want your pet to be as comfortable and happy as possible, I’ll play with them and give them as much attention as possible, and I will do whatever you need me to do in order to make you feel that your pet is in good hands!

About: I’ve been around and with dogs all my life, either owning one or having them in my family. I current don’t own one as of 3 years ago. I’ve owned a chihuahua, cocker spaniel, golden retriever and toy poodle. They understand I’m a friend who is kind, understanding, and loving. I’ve taken care of my daughters two dogs while away, and have a great relationship with them. I love dogs, and I understand when their parent(s) are away, what they need: To go for walks a lot, not to get sick from being in a kennel type place, a warm and caring environment with plenty of time for play. Since I just retired, and able to hike miles in a day, I am well fit to walk a dog and care for it. I would be home around the clock for your pet. I have plenty of dog toys . I live in a pet-friendly townhouse. Your dog would be on a leash for outside walking many times in a day.

“Lauren was fantastic with our senior golden retriever with mobility issues and who required medication. She visited our home for a meet and greet and again for key drop off. She came to our home three times per day and meticulously cared for our family dog while we were gone for 12 days. Lauren was timely with communications and kept us updated on his care providing pictures and dialogue of his daily events. We would highly recommend Lauren for pet sitting with your pet of any abilities. We will definitely be using Lauren again as a dog sitter in the future!”

“Courtney is WONDERFUL with our dog when we leave town. I never worry about a thing. She not only does what’s asked, (show up on time, follow feeding guidelines, etc.) but she is also loving and caring towards our dog. Our pup is also on a lot of meds that often change. Courtney doesn’t miss a beat and always makes sure he has what he needs. I would recommend Courtney to anyone who loves their dog!”
