About: From terrier temperaments to retriever antics; high prey drive; strong willed; or gentle elder care; I have the knowledge to care and work with your dog or livestock. I was owner/handler/breeder/trainer of my past show dogs as well as lifelong experience with horses and numerous farm animals. Think of me as not only your pets caretaker, but also playmate and personal assistant. I’m knowledgeable from bottle feeding puppies to gentle elder care. I showed AKC conformation from 1994-2014; managed a 50-dog kennel in the 90s; and also have 13 years as a legal secretary as well as a BFA in art history . In my youth, I showed horses and French lop rabbits. I showed, trained and bred top winning American Stafforshire Terriers and Chesapeake bay retrievers. I did 22 AKC champions on extremely limited showing and majority owner-handled. Available days and/or nights and Happy to pop in for check ups, walks, feeding as well as overnight care. When house-night sitting, I’m generally away during day approximately 6 hours. Away time is discussed/determined with each individual owner and pet needs; however a 4 hour window may incur additional fees (again to be discussed). **Please note that the following may also incur additional fees**: Constant care, undisclosed pets (no exceptions); Extensive plant-lawn care/ house cleaning/laundry - errands and bathing/grooming (to be discussed dependent upon size of job). I care for any pet in accordance to the guardians exact wishes. I’m experienced to know when an animal is unhappy, ill, needs to potty/rest/bored-play. My world revolves around making animals happy content

About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

About: I am open to caring for any and all pets. As someone who currently has 3 Great Pyrenees, an Austrian Kelpie puppy, and other pets, I am experienced in all areas and types. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. I am very flexible with accommodations so please reach out if you have any questions. I do not offer overnight in home care at the moment due to all of my pets at home but will gladly stay at your home with your pet. I can send pictures and videos of your pet to you and don't mind cameras in the home so you can drop in any time and see your fur and/or scaly baby.

About: Your dog will be treated like part of our family! I work remotely from home, so your pup will have plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. They are rarely left alone at most, about an hour on the occasional grocery trip or quick walk around the neighborhood. My husband also works primarily from home, running his own home services business, so there is almost always someone here with your dog. We understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable, especially when they’re away from home. Whether your pup loves to play, cuddle, or simply relax, we’ll make sure they receive personalized care, regular potty breaks, plenty of affection, and a calm, loving environment. We treat every dog as if they were our own and will keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I’m home most of the time, except for quick grocery trips. I’ll be available to give your dog plenty of attention and care throughout the day. We keep your pups active during the day so they’re ready to settle in at night. Dogs usually sleep in their room with their own bed or blanket (if provided), which keeps them safe and cozy. About: I'm a huge animal lover. I'm very outgoing and love dogs! I grew up with four dogs (all different breeds), so I am very used to taking care of fur babies. I am very flexible and easy to work with. I am great with dogs of all sizes. I will walk the dogs as many times throughout the day as possible. I love interacting with dogs and taking them for runs. I love buying toys and playing various games with them. I love to snuggle with them and make them feel loved. I will take as good of care of them as I would my own fur babies. I hope we will get to play together! Pet care is part of my daily life—I naturally structure my routine around spending time with animals. I have a flexible schedule, so fitting in walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins comes easily. Making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for is something I prioritize every day. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs since I was barely tall enough to see over a food bowl, and that lifelong hands-on experience shaped me into someone who naturally understands animal behavior, routines, and training. I’ve personally trained my own dogs and have always been deeply involved in their care, from daily structure to behavior shaping and enrichment. Right now I share my home with a cat who keeps life interesting, and I’m very attentive to creating a happy, stable environment for pets. Animals have always been a constant part of my life, and caring for them feels less like a task and more like second nature. 🐾 My schedule is pretty structured around my work hours: I work 4pm–12am, and outside of that I’m home and available for the rest of the day. I keep my routine simple and steady, and I’m usually around in the mornings and early afternoons before heading into work. I’m not someone who’s constantly on the go or juggling a million commitments—my life is more grounded in work, home, and taking care of my pets. That balance gives me a lot of consistency and time to focus on what matters day to day. I take safety and trust seriously when it comes to animals and their environment. In the past, I’ve crate-trained my dogs and learned how to create calm, structured routines that help them feel secure and well-behaved. I’m comfortable setting boundaries in a gentle but consistent way, depending on the needs of each pet. My home is also very pet-safe, especially because my current cat is extremely curious and determined to investigate everything. I’ve adapted my space to keep hazards out of reach and ensure it’s a safe, enriched environment where pets can explore without getting into trouble. I pay close attention to what they can access and how they interact with their surroundings, so safety is always built into the way I live with animals. 🐾

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY night thru SUNDAY. morning. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. About: I am the owner of a small dog training business. I specialize in training pet, service, and working dogs. Also, I breed, raise, and train protection dogs!
