About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I love dogs (maybe more than people lol) and whenever there’s a dog around me my heart melts and I just want to play with them and take care of all the pups!! I am currently a teacher and work Monday-Friday. I walk and/ or feed the pets I’m worked with before work and then again after work as well as play time. In the weekends I’m home all day long as well as in the summer months. I care for all animals as if they were my own. All animal get attention, scheduled meals, and exercise. I also have gates to separate animals if necessary.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was little. I adore all breeds, ages, and sizes. I'm very attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I currently work at a dog pet resort, so I have plenty of experiences with all sorts of dogs. I currently work part time, and am available pretty often! My scheduling is flexible, and I'm very transparent about my availabilities. I prefer to work daylight hours, but thats not a hard rule for me. I've been interacting with dogs of various temperments for a long time, so I'm practiced at providing a safe environment for your dogs. I'm very respectful of any safety rules you may have, and will never cut corners when it comes to the well-being of your pup.

About: Hi! I’m Gabby — a pre-veterinary Animal & Poultry Sciences student with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages and needs. Animals are my whole life, and I treat every pet like my own. What sets me apart: • Shadowed veterinarians, gaining safe handling and health-monitoring skills • Experienced Golden Retriever breeder (whelping, neonatal care, tube feeding, CPR) • 3+ years of professional pet sitting with strong references • Puppy specialist — raising and training puppies is part of my daily life • Extensive senior & special-needs experience — I’ve cared for my own senior and special-needs pets, so I understand mobility support, slow routines, medication schedules, cognitive changes, anxiety, and gentle handling • Volunteer at my local animal society • Animal science & pre-vet coursework (behavior, nutrition, health, genetics) • Dog owner, so I value structure, safety, and emotional support I’m confident with dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments — from energetic puppies to older pets who need extra patience and care. You’ll get reliable communication, detailed updates, and truly personalized attention. Your pet will be safe, loved, and treated with the same compassion I give my own. Excited to meet your pet! 💛🐾 ⭐ My Daily Routine Pets fit naturally into my day. I start with morning feeding, meds (if needed), and a potty break or litter refresh. I only have one class a day, so I’m home most of the time to give walks, playtime, enrichment, and supervision. Throughout the afternoon and evening, I’m with the pets—doing walks, cuddles, behavior reinforcement, and keeping their space clean and comfortable. At night, I do final potty breaks/litter care, give any meds, and settle pets into a calm routine. Your pet is with me nearly all day, getting consistent care, attention, and love. In Your Home: I follow your routines exactly—feeding, walks, meds, and crate or free-roam preferences. I keep doors locked, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets always have fresh water, a safe space to relax, and enrichment throughout the day. I send regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe. In My Home: Pets have a clean, pet-proofed space with supervised indoor time, enrichment, cuddles, and frequent potty breaks. I use slow introductions, low-stress handling, and separate areas if needed for shy or senior pets. I monitor behavior and health closely and maintain a calm, positive environment. I treat every pet with the same care, structure, and attention I give my own animals. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and trust always come first.

I recently used Larrissa to walk my dogs , and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the first interaction, it was clear they were professional and passionate about pets. **Communication:** They were very responsive to my inquiries and took the time to understand my dog's specific needs and routines. Even assisted me with using this app for the first. **Reliability:** My dog walker was always on time and even provided updates and pictures during walks, which made me feel reassured. **Care for My Dog:** My puppy dog, Banks is still getting to everything, but Larrissa handled him wonderfully. He came back happy and tired after the walk. I am watching the dogs now just snoozing on the cameras. **Flexibility:** They offered flexible scheduling options, accommodating my last-minute changes wit. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving care for their furry friend

About: I've been caring for animals since I was 7 years old, and my love for pets has only grown over the years. As an adult, I worked at an animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs, and backgrounds. I have also adopted and cared for three dogs of my own throughout every stage of their lives, from energetic puppies to senior dogs requiring extra patience, attention, and specialized care. This experience has given me a strong understanding of daily pet care, administering medications, recognizing changes in behavior, and providing the love and comfort pets need to feel safe and happy. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your furry family members. Whether your pet needs a long walk, playtime, companionship, or extra attention due to age or special needs, I am committed to providing reliable, compassionate care while you're away. I am currently in between jobs, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to provide your pets with the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Whether your furry family member enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I can tailor my care to their individual needs and routine. As a lifelong pet owner with experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, I understand how important it is to ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. From energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care, I am committed to treating every animal as if they were my own. I have a fully fenced backyard with a 5-foot chain-link fence, providing a safe and secure space for your pet to play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. I do not have neighbors directly adjacent to my yard, so there is minimal concern about pets being distracted or stressed by animals on the other side of the fence. I am a lifelong animal lover and currently share my home with a senior dog, whom I've raised since she was 8 weeks old, and a young cat who has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old as well. Having cared for pets through every stage of life—from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets requiring extra attention—I understand that every animal has unique needs and routines. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like a member of the family. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can feel at home while you're away. I personally allow my pets on the furniture, but I fully respect each owner's preferences. If your pet has specific rules, routines, feeding schedules, medication needs, or restrictions, just let me know and I will be happy to follow them to ensure consistency and comfort during their stay. I believe communication is important, so I am also happy to provide updates, photos, and messages while your pet is in my care, giving you peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and well loved.

About: Hello! My name is Victoria. I am 28 years old and currently an ICU nurse, with 5 years of previous emergency room experience with a deep love for animals. I bring a calm, attentive, and safety-focused approach to pet care—especially for dogs who need a little extra support. I’m comfortable administering medications (including injections), caring for senior dogs, and monitoring pets with medical or anxiety needs. If your dog has special routines or health concerns, you can trust they’ll be in capable hands. I know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your pet, so I provide frequent updates, photos, and clear communication. My goal is for you to feel completely confident and your dog to feel completely at home. I have 3 dogs, Chester, Maverick, and Thor who have never met another pup they didnt like. My two older boys, Chester and Maverick, are content to lay around all day long if that is what your dog enjoys. However, I also have Thor, who is a year and a half and he loves to play with other dogs, but is also ready to settle down for a good nap at any time. Whether your pup needs a relaxing stay, structured care, or extra patience, I’d love to help! ✔ Medical experience (nurse background) ✔ Comfortable with medications & special needs ✔ Calm, reliable, detail-oriented care ✔ Great with puppies and senior dogs ✔ Frequent updates so you never have to worry I currently work 3 12 hour shifts a week so I have plenty of availability to take care of your pets. I make my own schedule as well, so I plenty of flexibility. I have a fenced in yard and three sweet boy pups to play with your babies! I also like to meet the pups ahead of time to ensure that everyone gets along well. However, we do have two extra bedrooms that can be a safe place if you’re a pup just needs a little time away from the boys.

About: I've taken care of animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to chickens, ducks, and goats, since I was 13. In my senior year of high school, I took a veterinary science class where I did check-ups and grooming on all sorts of animals. (Dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, etc.) I feed, walk, and medicate animals for coworkers, family, and friends just about everytime I'm home from school! I plan on working part-time, so I will have limited times during the day to walk your dogs, but I will have plenty of time to go over and feed, medicate, play, empty litter, etc., after or before my shifts! We've got a super big yard, so plenty of room to run around and play. My doggies at home use an electric fence, but I'm used to walking other dogs on a leash, no problem! Additionally, my pups get along well with other dogs, so no issues in regard to company and territory!

About: I’ve worked in pet care professionally for 9 years, 4 of those years being spent in veterinary medicine. I approach pet care in ways that makes the pets most comfortable and value building relationships with the pets as much as I do my clients. I have an academic background in public health and am currently pursuing higher education with the end goal of earning a DVM. I am currently working full time at an animal hospital in Newport News, making my schedule more limited than it used to be for my pet sitting clients. My schedule is more workable for households located in Deltaville, Topping, Gloucester, Glouster Point, Hayes and Yorktown. Morning and evening visits are possible all days of the week, mid day / afternoon visits are currently limited to weekends. Please reach out to ask about scheduling possibilities! Early AM (before 7:30AM) and evening (after 6pm) visits available all week. Afternoon / mid day visits are dependent on location and day, but open every weekend. I do not let dogs off-leash in non-fenced in areas or in spaces with dogs unfamiliar to yours. I require all dogs and cats to be updated on their rabies vaccines. I will not take an unaltered dog outside of his or her home, this is for the safety and wellbeing of your dog. If your dog struggles with behavioral issues and has a history of aggression, please include this in your message so I can help you decide the best options for your pet when it comes to meeting a new pet sitter. If your dog struggles with severe anxiety (this is very common!) please include some of the best anxiety-reducing practices for your dog (ex. favorite blanket, hiding spots, calming treats / jackets) in their care instructions so that they can have the best time possible without their favorite human.

About: I grew up in a family of animal lovers and have been surrounded by them ever since! I affectionately call my dog and cat "the boys" and am always working to make sure they have the best life possible. I was a dog walker in Richmond and worked with many different types of dogs and temperament's. From French Bulldogs who hate skateboards to a Great Pyrenes mix who just wanted to cuddle. I cared for my childhood dog when he had cancer and have had my current dog since he was a puppy, giving me experiences in the many stages of life and health. I've worked with a trainer and am familiar with best leash walking practices and reading dog body language. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am able to spend much of my time on pet care and services. I am happy to take your pets on "field trips" to my favorite local trails if that is something you're interested in. Safety is of upmost concern for me. Your dog will always be on a lead or in a fenced in backyard. I have experience with leash aggression so I will also prioritize avoiding other dogs on walks when necessary.
