About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

About: I’ve had pets and taken care of a wide variety of animals from a very young age. They’re furry family members who need just as much love and care as we do! It fits well into my schedule throughout the week. Being able to take care of pets in one of the best ways to find work. I can assure you that your furry friend will be taken care of exactly how you want. My baby is 10 years old and has lived a very fun, spoiled life thus far. It’s only fair to share the care!

About: I have taken care of other peoples pets since I was a teenager. I have done drop ins and over night care for dogs and cats! I know fur babies are family and I take very good care of them. I have two dogs and four cats of my own! I would love the chance to let your pet get out and potty/stretch during the day or evening while you’re away. I am currently a stay at home mom. I have a lot of free time during the week as well as weekends. I can be available during the times of 8:30am-7:30pm or additional times if needed! I can let your dogs out to play and potty in your yard, if you don’t have a fenced in area I can put them on a leash and walk them. I can accommodate most things, just let me know your needs!

About: I'm a huge animal lover. I'm very outgoing and love dogs! I grew up with four dogs (all different breeds), so I am very used to taking care of fur babies. I am very flexible and easy to work with. I am great with dogs of all sizes. I will walk the dogs as many times throughout the day as possible. I love interacting with dogs and taking them for runs. I love buying toys and playing various games with them. I love to snuggle with them and make them feel loved. I will take as good of care of them as I would my own fur babies. I hope we will get to play together! Pet care is part of my daily life—I naturally structure my routine around spending time with animals. I have a flexible schedule, so fitting in walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins comes easily. Making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for is something I prioritize every day. In both my home and a client’s home, I care for pets as if they were my own. I stick to their normal routine, offer lots of love and attention, and make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. I keep their space clean, give fresh water, follow feeding instructions, and make time for play, cuddles, and bathroom breaks. I also send regular updates so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for.

From playful puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience, I know how to adjust my care to fit each pet’s personality and needs. I have hands-on experience with feeding, walking, administering medications, crate training, and keeping pets comfortable while their owners are away. About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. And im usually solo on my travels I will stay in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your fur babies. I will follow all your instructions and love them as my own

About: Please ask to see my Trusted HouseSitter profile for additional reviews and information! I provide pet care in Richmond and Charlottesville and the surrounding areas, though I am also happy to travel to other states with advanced notice. I have a breadth of experience caring for my former pets and my home, as well as house and pet sitting for friends and for my clients. I grew up on a farm and cared for goats, horses, cows, dogs, cats, sheep, and poultry. I make an excellent house/petsitter due to my experience with and love for animals and my tidy and loving personality! ** I charge $45 / night for 1-6 night house stays, but have a sliding scale for longer sits (negotiable at the time of request). I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. I’m happy with staying overnight for housesitting or sharing my home for boarding! I have the utmost care and respect for my clients pets and homes and treat them as if they were my own. I make sure to communicate expectations as best as possible to make sure we’re all on the same page.
