“Robert is so very amenable. He was so helpful in a pinch and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is a great fit. My pup and cat loved him. He was right on schedule with all their needs and got them up and moving and staying healthy!”

“Bennie and Jennie were the most amazing cat sitters! They provided frequent updates and I knew Leo was well taken care of and happy at all times. They were very professional, reliable, and kind, and I will definitely be using their services again. I cant recommend highly enough!”

“We had Don watch our 3 year old dog for 3 nights and 4 days. He was absolutely the perfect sitter. He arrived at 5:30AM so we could have our dog be with him while we headed to the airport to relieve any anxiety and stayed until 7:00PM so we could get back not too late with our dog being alone. Don was very kind, sweet, and attentive towards our dog. He asked for a detailed item list for his stay, he sent us a ton of photos and videos without us having to always ask, and reached out to help clean up sheets, vacuum, take the trash out before his stay ended. You can tell he has a passion for dogs and truly enjoys spending time with them. I would highly recommend Don if you are looking to enjoy your vacation or time away and want to feel like you can trust someone to make your dog happy. We look forward to hiring him again next time we are out of town. He will be our first choice in sitters moving forward.”

About: I had a dog since I was 9 who sadly passed away after 13 years. Love dogs but can’t get my own until I move out. I watch dogs for family friends on the side. I love all dogs especially high energy dogs who needs long walks. I’m currently in a masters program Monday-Friday 8-5. I nanny kids with special needs through the week on a loose schedule. I’m able to leave school during lunch. I’m great at long runs/walks cuddles my sister has been working on rover for 2 years and we have a dog at our house every day of the year!

“Alexander was amazing! Super communicative all day, sent tons of photos, regular updates. I barely feel like I left because he kept me so informed about how Nova was doing even down to noticing the little things! Highly recommend and I will definitely have him back in the future. Grateful he was randomly able to come with an hours notice when another sitter canceled. Thank you”

“Elizabeth did a great job watching my dog Wally for me He barked at her at first but she was patient with him and he warmed up to her quickly. I can tell he enjoyed spending time with her.”

“We've booked Katie for house sitting and already have another upcoming booking with her. She's knowledgeable, kept our house clean, and was easy to communicate with. Katie provided excellent care for our high-energy puppy and showed great affection for our senior dog. We appreciated all the updates with photos and videos, which kept us reassured and worry-free. We were initially concerned about finding someone who could handle our puppy's playful nature, quirks, and challenging behaviors, but Katie quickly eased our worries. Both dogs seem happy and well cared for, and we're grateful to have found someone patient and understanding of our dog’s unique needs. Looking forward to our next booking! Thanks again!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Jingying! She took amazing care of our two puppies, Raina and Emma, while we were away for 10 days. Raina, our older girl, needs extra attention and daily medication, and Jingying handled her care with such patience, compassion, and attentiveness. It was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. Emma, our younger pup, is full of energy, and Jingying made sure she had plenty of playtime and love too. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. When we came home, both dogs were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Jingying is responsible, kind, and clearly loves what she does. We’re so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m Jenna! A lifelong animal lover, dependable caregiver, and the kind of person who stops to say hi to every dog on the trail. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life – from goofy labs to spunky chihuahuas and even a couple of pigs in-between. I know that pets aren’t just pets; they’re family. Whether I’m going for walks, doling out belly rubs, or just being a calming presence while you’re away, I treat every lil lady or fella in my care like they’re my own. I’m detail-oriented, communicative, and always keep your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness as my top priority. I’m happy to follow any specific routines, give meds if needed, and send lots of photo updates so you can relax knowing your fur baby is in good hands. I work a 9-5 schedule that allows me to prioritize morning walks or cozy evenings in with a furry friend. Weekends Friday after 5 to Sunday evening I'm available for whatever your pet may need. I care for clients’ pets the same way I’d care for my own - with patience, attention, and lots of love. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and secure while you're away. Whether it’s sticking to feeding schedules, going on familiar walking routes, or giving extra snuggles while they're missing you. I also make communication a priority - I’ll send regular updates and photos so you never have to wonder how things are going. At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident that your pet is not just looked after, but genuinely cared for.

“If I could give Irene more than 5 stars, I would! She is hands down the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. From the moment she met our pup, we knew she was something special. She’s kind, attentive, responsible, and truly treats our dog like her own. We got regular updates, adorable photos, and could tell our Gigi was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone, but with her, we had complete peace of mind.”

“Abby was great, she really took good care of our dogs and we would use her again. She sent daily updates along with photos of the day they spent together. I'd recommend Abby to anyone.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for pets of all ages, including those with health conditions. Growing up in a family that loves animals, I’ve cared for both dogs and cats, as well as fostered animals in need. I’ve assisted with the care of my family’s cats, who are currently 20 and 21 years old, ensuring their comfort and quality of life in their senior years. From 2013 to 2018, I was responsible for the care of our American Bully dog (aged 7-13). Between 2020 and 2022, I took care of my roommate’s and my shared cat (aged 7-9. In 2023-2024, I fostered a special-needs cat with asthma and FIV (age 12), managing her medical care and providing a safe home. I also currently assist with the care of my boyfriend’s Havanese dog, Suki (age 7). Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of animal care, especially for senior pets and those with medical needs. I’m dedicated, compassionate, and committed to ensuring all pets feel safe, loved, and well-cared-for. I work a hybrid schedule, which allows me to offer consistent, around-the-clock care for your pets. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I work in the office but am available to provide care after 5 PM. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is always their comfort, safety, and well-being. I’m always open to discussing any boundaries or rules, whether it’s about pet routines, house rules, or anything else to make sure both your pets and home are treated with the utmost care. Additionally, I follow the principle of leaving a place better than I found it; whether that means tidying up, making sure everything is in order, or taking extra care to ensure pets are as happy and settled as possible. I believe in keeping clear, open communication with you, so you always feel confident about the care your pets are receiving. Whether it’s sending regular updates, discussing your pets’ needs, or being available for any questions or concerns, I make sure to keep my line of communication open.

Over 129 pet parents in West Park have booked house sitting
West Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Elena was very accommodating with my situation. Her place wasn’t hard to find and my Milo and enjoyed his time over there. She often send pictures and also send me messages every day to let me know how he was doing and what he was up to. I would definitely be using her again and her family love My Milo as well. I was very pleased with how much care they gave him.

We met Kelsy at the beginning of the summer and she took such amazing care of our dog this summer while we traveled. Even our fellow neighbor dog owners met and loved her on their walks. She was great with Thor always in communication with us with pictures and updates.

Zachary house-sat my dog for an afternoon. He was very responsive when booking, was flexible with my schedule, and very easy to communicate with. He took great care of my dog - I’d recommend Zach to anyone looking for pet care. I will definitely be re-booking with him in the future.

Jennie and Bennie recently did an amazing job house sitting for my trio, and will always be my go-to for anything cat related. Long story short: I recently had a few major life changes, and suddenly found myself (with my cats) in a completely different space, including the exit of someone who had been in their lives for a really long time I wanted to make sure that my cats were doing okay, so one of the first things I did was to arrange for Jennie to do weekly playdates with my cats - I knew they needed the consistency of a familiar face to move through this movement, and Jennie gamely accepted. My cats are weird and quirky like most cats, and don’t handle stress well. It was obvious immediately that having Jennie visit regularly was helping them make this transition. Fast forward to the recent house sit - I was leaving town for the first time since the life change, and it would be the first time the cats would have Jennie stay over. Out of EVERYTHING I needed for the trip, Jennie was the one thing I didn’t worry about. She did everything to perfection; she sent me amazing updates, and made sure I felt like my cats were cared for from 3000 miles away. I think the fact that when I got home, the cats acted like nothing was wrong, is truly a testament to Jennie’s skill. It’s like I hadn’t even been gone, and as cat owners know, that’s a sign all things are good in cat world.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Ivana! From the start, she was warm, professional, and clearly had a special way with animals. My pups took to her instantly! Ivana kept me updated with the sweetest photos and little notes, and I could tell my pups were not just cared for, but genuinely loved. It’s such a relief to have someone I can fully trust while I’m away. Ivana went above and beyond in every way, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found her. If you’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and absolutely dog-obsessed (in the best way), Ivana is it. 10/10!

Kassie watched my pup King for three nights while I was away on a work trip, and I couldn't be more grateful for her care. She was communicative throughout, sending regular updates and sweet photos that put me at ease. King was dealing with some stomach issues at the time, which required a bit of extra TLC, and Kassie handled it all with diligence and care. She was receptive to all the notes and guidance I provided and was prompt in asking thoughtful questions whenever she wasn’t sure about something. King seemed to really like her energy and trust her, which says a lot. I’d be happy to book Kassie again for both short- and long-term care!

Felicia was a fabulous Rover for our pet sitting situation, she worked with our fluid schedule throughout our stay, she'd sent pictures throughout the days and our Dog-ters Honeybear and Missy Mae took to her loving caring personality. You know immediately the energy and good vibe of a person, we felt that with Felicia.

This was our first time using Rover.com and we were reluctant to reach out to a stranger to stay in our home with our dog. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We are so happy to have found Michelle. She is wonderful with our dog and he loves her, and we were very comfortable having her stay in our home. I highly recommend Michelle for pet and house sitting.
