“Oshie treated Miles like family during his visit! We received pictures of him throughout the day and we knew he was in good hands right from the start! Oshie was a lovely and gracious host all around! When we inevitably visit New Orleans again, we will definitely be reaching out again! Thank you so much!”

“Etta was awesome!! Very communicative and great company for my little baby girl. She was very excited to take care of Gecka and took great care of her. She was very mindful of her potty training schedule and her meal. I am glad I picked her to take care of my puppy.”

“Michael was wonderful! We booked 2 day of doggie daycare for senior beagle, Bella, while visiting NOLA. She absolutely loved him! He was very accommodating with drop off and pick ups too. We felt very at ease leaving Bella with him - especially since he only takes one dog at a time. She was very spoiled with love and attention and was exhausted when we picked her up. When we visit NOLA again with our dog, we will definitely book Michael again! I wish he lived near us!”

“Emily was absolutely amazing! Nuggy has a bit of separation anxiety and I could tell she felt very comfortable right when we got there. She was able to run around and play with other dogs all day and I know she had a great time. It is very easy to see Emily loves all these dogs and treats them as if they are her own. I will absolutely use Emily again the next time Nuggy needs a sitter.”

“Michelle has always been wonderful in caring for our older dog. She is very accommodating, reliable and caring and we couldn't be more pleased with her services. Her children are great with the animals as well which is an added bonus! Unfortunately we have moved out of the area, and I know I will be hard pressed to find someone this good near our new home.”

“She was sooooo amazing. We were only driving through New Orleans on our way to FL. We wanted to stop and visit a museum. It was so nice to have our dog well cared for while we spent the day touring. Highly recommend.”

“I am so happy to have found Whitney! My puppy Luna is a 2 year old pitmix rescue and she almost pulls me down to get to Whitney when we drop her off. She loves it there so much. Whitney sends me pictures and videos of Luna and says how much everyone loves her. Luna hates being alone, she has severe separation anxiety, so it warms my heart that she is happy and loved with Whitney and her family.”

About: Hi, I’m Britt — a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet sitter. I had my sweet pup Abbie for 10 wonderful years, and since her recent passing, I’ve deeply missed having a dog around. I’m not quite ready to adopt again just yet, but I’d love to share my home and heart with your pup in the meantime. Over the years, I’ve cared for countless friends’ dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities. I work remotely (as does my partner), so your dog will have constant company, attention, and care. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious yard that’s fully enclosed with double-secured fencing — perfect for safe play and lounging in the sun. I also have a soft spot for senior dogs and understand the extra patience and TLC they may need. Whether your pup is energetic or a couch cuddler, they’ll be treated like family here. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet — I’d love to hear about your dog and how I can help! Right now, I’m freelancing remotely through November — my main job runs from November to June, so I currently have a super flexible schedule and work from home full-time. That means your pup will rarely be left alone and can expect lots of attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I’m available for daytime care, overnights, or longer stays depending on your needs! I’m currently in a pet-free home, so your dog will get all the attention without the stress of sharing space with other animals. I live in a cozy New Orleans shotgun-style house that’s easy to section off depending on your dog’s needs — whether they like their own space or prefer to be close by. We also have a double-secured fenced yard that’s great for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. While this profile is just for me, my partner is also home full-time and a calm, animal-loving presence. He’s especially patient with dogs who may be shy or nervous around men. I’m happy to accommodate crate training, medication, or any specific routines to help your pup feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me.

“Roxanne was great at communicating and was very timely. She took very good care of our boys and we will absolutely be using her services in the future. Thank you, Roxanne!”

“Cozette was very sweet and caring with Lucy. She took her on a few walks and made sure she was comfortable while we went sightseeing for the day. Got back to me quickly through text every time. Thanks, Cozette!”

About: Dogs have been at the heart of my life for over 20 years. I’ve shared my home with a full pack of beloved pups—from spirited beagles to gentle seniors—and cared for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs of all ages and temperaments. I understand the joy (and the responsibility) of keeping a dog happy, healthy, and loved while their people are away I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 20 years of experience caring for pups of all ages, from playful youngsters to gentle seniors. I work from home, so visiting dogs get constant love, walks, and snuggles in a calm, dog‑friendly environment. And … I have the flexibility to come to your dog, if staying at home is more comfortable for your pup! I follow your rules for consistency for the dog. My home has a fenced yard and I’m happy to visit parks or go on walks.

“Evlin is THE BEST! We needed to board our 1yo Frenchie while we were out of town for a week. It was his first time boarding so we were very nervous. Evlin was very knowledgeable about “flat faced” dogs so she knew how to walk him without overheating him. She kept us updated with daily photos, which made our kids very happy. She obviously loves dogs very much and is a very professional and responsible pet sitter. We can’t wait to have her watch our little buddy again!!!!”

“Madison is a wonderful pet sitter and obviously loves dogs. Our dogs were happy to see her every morning and she told us about their day and the cute/funny things that did each day. I highly recommend her and will be contacting her again when I need pet care in New Orleans.”

“Ryan and Joseph were very kind, communicative, and flexible. They were able to book this trial run before Marvin boarded with them a longer period so that both parties were comfortable. Definitely recommend them.”

About: I grew up with dogs and I had my own until he grew old. I guess you could say that I have a lifetime of experience. Because my own dog’s passing was so heart breaking, I can’t bring myself to get another at this time so I enjoy getting my dog fill in through Rover. I am from Louisiana and I have lived in New Orleans for 8 years. I consider myself very reliable and responsible. So far, I have had great experiences with Rover. I can't wait to meet your dog(s)! I’m currently working part-time so I have a lot of spare time to devote to pet care. When pet sitting, I usually spend most of my time at home with the pet. I currently do not have any pets so pets that I sit will have my full attention. I do have a backyard and a walkable neighborhood.

About: I've had many pet dogs and a few cats in my house since my childhood. I care deeply for animals and I'll do my absolute best to take care of others if I get the opportunity. I'm a dog owner and I have a very flexible schedule. I'm in pretty good shape and love to walk and run around with my Bella. I have a large fenced-in yard and I don't mind dogs in the house. My Bella is friendly and would love company sometimes. I can handle and care for your dog responsibly. I’m retired and like to stay active and I like spending time walking and staying fit so I walk when I can and I love doing it with my dog buddies. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around in, it’s safe and secure. My dog would like to get to know some other dogs.

About: I have volunteer experience for 3 years at my aunts vet . I would walk, groom, feed, and play with the dogs. The job was amazing, no dog left unhappy! I am home from college for the summer. However I do work from 4-9 most days at Baskin robins. Only 5 hours out the day I would be working which is not long at all. The pets will always be well taken care of with the help of my family while I am working. I care for all the pets the same. Each pet will get the best treatment. I treat as if their my own. Especially special needed dogs. If there are instructions on what a pet needs or can not have, it will be followed through and taking seriously. I go by the owners schedule.

“Bailey did everything I asked and really put me at ease with her updates! I know my Dolly (my dog) was very satisfied cause she even sat by the door waiting for her to come back! 🥰 would definitely recommend and use again!”
