I have had 2 Yorkshire Terriers since they were puppies that have passed at the ages of 13 and 18 — giving me experience with puppies and senior dogs. About: I originally grew up taking care of rabbits,guinea pigs, and chinchillas, which included grooming / shaving/ nail clippings and baths. I even litter trained them myself. I learned at a young age how to be gentle with all types of small animals and the importance of a clean environment. I am also available for exotic animal drop in visit care services (rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas). In my later years I fell in love with dogs and cats. I rescued all of my cats from trees and crawl spaces and learned how to cut their nails as well. When I got my first schnauzer - I learned the joy of training, patience, and positive reinforcement. My favorite thing to do is walk and spend time with animals, so it only makes sense that I create a lifestyle conducive to the things that bring me joy. I love spoiling dogs with special treats and I always talk to them like I would a person because they are so smart and pick up so many words. Walking with dogs outside, playing, chasing squirrels, and the joy of fresh air is my favorite thing to do. No walk is ever long enough for me. I am highly interactive and assertive to animals needs and I know how important positive energy is for their wellness. A good environment allows them to thrive and trust the company they are with. I am currently working part time, and I have a somewhat flexible work schedule, so pet care is something I enjoy and do daily as I have a pup of my own. I share my pup part time with my ex partner, so I have many days available to help take care of other animals. If it was completely up to me I’d have a tiny farm. I love animals so much and walking dogs is my absolute favorite pastime. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my cat Penny. My pup visits me two days a week. My cat is very dog friendly because she is used to my pup visiting twice a week. Fresh water, teeth brushing, home cooked meals/kibble are all things I do and I have stairs for smaller dogs to come on my couch. No areas in my home are off limits to pets.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 12 years- whether that be my family dog or my neighbors and friends dogs. I’ve volunteered at the SPCA handling and taking care of dogs so I am experienced in walking, feeding, playing with and generally loving all pets! I’m currently in flight school with a flexible schedule almost everyday of the week, so I’ll have plenty of time to play and take care of your pets! I live in Torrance so there is plenty of outdoor space and dog parks around the neighborhood to take walks and play. In a client’s home I’m always respectful of the space while taking care of pets.

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and sizes, including rescues. It's very easy for me to get along with animals and I love taking care of them! I prefer dogs less than 40 lbs. Larger dogs are ok if they are calm, as I'm only 5"0 and they could easily overpower/hurt me if too energetic. Please, only dogs that are well-behaved (NO leash tugging, excessive barking, unresponsive to commands). My main family dog at home is an affectionate and energetic Havanese with separation anxiety. We've owned him since he was a puppy and I've gained great experience with training, walking, feeding, and bathing. We've also raised another Havanese puppy for several years. The largest dog I have experience with caring for was a 51 lbs Bull Terrier Mix rescue who required a lot of extra space and quiet time to heal. I'm very responsive and do send real-time updates of your pooch and what we are currently up to. I follow all of your care instructions diligently. I look forward to meeting your best friend and give them a fun, loving experience.

About: Ive been taking care of dogs since I was a little girl! I grew up with big dogs and small dogs so I feel very comfortable with any size and behavior. Im currently working mornings in Manhattan Beach and have some time to kill during the week so my availability is from 3:45pm-9pm. Im flexible on evening times as well. I live in an apartment complex which is dog friendly but most of the time we will be walking the streets around you or around me. I also have 2 cats that can be put away if your dog is not cat-friendly.

I work 8am-5pm all week. Im usually home all day on the weekends doing home work so lots of play time!! There is access to the house and backyard all day until it’s bedtime. I have a large gated backyard for lots of running and playtime! I have experience with dogs all sizes and breeds! I also do BATHING services!! *no grooming* I am experienced in giving medication in different ways as well! Hoping to hearing from you!! DROP OFF/ PICKUP; I cannot pick up or drop off during the week unless after 6pm, only on weekends I’m available anytime. I work 8am to 5pm, I take the pet in my care for a short morning walk and my mother comes midday to take them out again and refill bowls if needed. I mostly then come back home at 6pm for the rest of the night. I have good knowledge and understanding on animal care and husbandry. We have a big gated backyard that has access to my home all day, until bedtime. I’ll take them for a walk when I come back from work. Walking time usually depending on dog size/breed and how active they need to be. I like to have playtime after their walk until they are tired. My house has cameras covering everything including alleyway. And an infinity amount of love and affection😊

When onboarding a new client, I make sure that I understand the pet's schedule and preferences. Additionally, I make sure to understand any boundaries the pet should adhere in the client's home including yard space or even areas in the house. I do a walkthrough with the client so I know what areas may pose a safety concern such as gates and fences. I try to understand the pet's behavior in different scenarios such as when the door bell rings or if a neighborhood dog approaches during walks. I also make sure I have emergency numbers and the location of the closest animal hospital. For client's ease of mind , I provide pictures and updates as needed on the pet.
