She gives them their shots and pills and takes care of all their other little needs, and gives great updates through the visit cards. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since before I completed my undergraduate degree in Animal Science, taking part in rescue organizations and volunteering as a foster. I also have 2 dogs (7 and 4 y/o) that I raised since they were puppies. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and cats. If your pets have any special needs, let me know and we can discuss! I'm currently finishing up a PhD in animal science at MSU, so I have a somewhat flexible schedule that can be adjusted based on your needs. I am a graduate student, so my schedule is flexible as I build it myself. I can adjust based on pet care needs, as well as do check-ins throughout the day. Being an owner of two very different dogs, I understand that there are different requirements and needs for each pet, so I will take care of your pet based on any of the requirements you set.

About: Neighbors have relied on me to walk, dog sit, play with and bathe their dogs since I was 15, I am trustworthy and love all types of dogs! We are active people, so we are always ready to walk, throw a ball, play frisbee with your pet, our dog would love a furry friend to play with! I work 12 hour shifts/3x a week, so I am available for a varying 4 days each week. 3 available weekends a month. My husband is available 3 days each week, as we co-dog sit. We have a fenced in yard to keep your pup safe, an extremely friendly 2 year old brittany spaniel who is always looking for a friend to play with, and a dog proofed home free of clutter and small objects.

About: I have experience caring for not only dogs and cats, but also rabbits and other tiny critters. I worked at a kennel so I have worked with a great variety of dogs, big and small, old and young. I have experience with giving medication as well as bathing and training dogs. Because of my kennel experience, I am not afraid of any size dog, even if they are on the more aggressive and energetic side. I have studied pet behavior and understand where my boundaries are and I will never overstep their boundaries. I want the animals under my care to feel as comfortable with me as possible. I am currently a full-time college student at Grand Valley State, so I am unable to offer full-time services. I am mainly looking for weekend work butt will still accept certain hours during the week. I live in an apartment, so boarding at my home is not an option due to pet limitations. The washing machine flooded the basement, ankle deep, the night before the flight out- not the only disaster. With Hannah / Rover, my kitty was one thing that was in good hands, one less worry. About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and currently work as a dog groomer in Okemos! I’ve cared for animals all my life. This includes cows, pigs, dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, guinea hens, sheep and I even have two geckos! I have shown cows and sheep at the county fair, so don’t worry if you have a large dog that likes to pull or play tug of war! I worked at an animal shelter dealing with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I hang out with my siblings often who also have dogs, a cane corso and two elkhound mixes, and we’ve had labs and pomeranians in the past. I have experience giving oral/topical medications to dogs, cats, sheep, and cows. I am also open to taking care of any other pets or farm animals you may have! I work 4-5 days a week at Dog Gone Fun in Okemos. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask! I have cared for a variety of dogs- different breeds, all ages, all temperaments. I grew up with dogs my whole life (among other animals), and I have learned a lot from my experiences about how to read an animals body language.
