About: Beyond living with pets every day of my life and my family owns a boarding kennel, I've cared for others' pets in many capacities as an adult. I've boarded dogs in my home, and I've looked after many cats, dogs and birds in their own homes: on both a long-term basis and single drop-in visits as needed. I've also cared for snakes, guinea pigs, fish, rats, chickens, horses, cows, and many exotic animals! I can nearly always accommodate drop-in visits, even around the holidays! My days are flexible, and 'last minute' bookings are more than welcome. I take a lot of care to ensure the health and safety of your animals and your home. I pay attention to signs that might indicate a pet may be in distress or feeling ill, such as changes in their fur, appetite, or digestion. I wash my hands after handling kitty litter and doggy waste bags, especially before handling other items in the home. I'm vaccinated against COVID-19, and I wear a mask in public spaces. I am also Cat and Dog First Aid Certified and taken several veterinary classes. When walking dogs I take all steps to ensure safety, I make sure all collar and leash clips are secure, as well as any harness you may use. I currently work from home so I have lots of time to spend with your pet and give them the attention they need. I am available on weekdays and weekends. We live on 10 acres and the property is all fenced with additional large play ares. I also have 2 standard poodles. I am a certified groomer. I train service dogs in my spare time and have a lot of experience training dogs over the years. If your fur baby requires training I offer that as well.
About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I really enjoy caring for all animals and i’m looking forward to care for yours as if they were my own! I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!
About: In our home every dog is a priority to us. We schedule activities around their needs and energy levels. We love to play outside, go for walks around our neighborhood and snuggle before bed. Our puppy is very high energy and loves to make new friends. The dogs will be in a safe environment, with a fenced yard, and will be given a bed time snack! We allow animals on all furniture within our home and in our bed to sleep at night, we also have a pallet dog bed available in our room. About: In 2019, I started my journey foster raising puppies for PAWS with a Cause, an organization that custom trains service dogs. I raised 4 PAWS dogs, keeping them from 8 weeks to a year old. My first 2 actually became certified service dogs! In between fostering, I also raised 3 keeper puppies of my own. I have a female 5 year old lab, a female 2 year old golden, and a 1 year old male chocolate lab. Safe to say I'm addicted. I work remotely which gives me the flexibility to take my dogs out as they need. I go into the office on Tuesdays for a full day, however, I am able to take a long lunch if needed to take dogs out. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly dogs at home. I have crate-trained dogs. I have taken my own babies to countless dog training classes, picking up a lot of knowledge of dog behavior.

About: I have owned cats my entire life and our family currently have 6 cats (2 are my daughter’s). We have a Miniature Australian Shepard named Rooney! In the past our family had a Brittany Spaniel named Sydney and a Maltese named Jeter. About: I've had dogs, cats, and other animals in my life forever. I've pet sat for many years, have experience with administering many types of medication, love all types of animals. I will be gentle with your pets and treat them with the upmost respect. I am flexible and willing to travel up to an hour. I am a stay at home mom with a 10 month old.
