About: My moms co-founded a national dog rescue, so I have experience with full time care for 10 week old puppies to senior dogs, I have also dog sat for years prior! I am currently a full time college student, on the dance team, and work part time! Weekends are completely open! I have many breaks throughout my weekdays and am very flexible! I currently do not live in a full house as a college student, I am able to work with whatever setup you have in your home and lawn area for pet safety!

I have been trusted by friends, family, and coworkers to take care of their dogs whether that be walking, bathing, or just simply staying with them! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I only work four days a week starting at 5 pm! I can crate your dog if needed or I can provide loves of snuggles if they don’t use one! I don’t have any other dogs in my home so they wouldn’t have issues with any other animals.

About: I have had dogs in my household since I was around the age of 5. I love caring for dogs in my hometown and would love to take care of yours while I am in college. I have done drop-in visits with many families around Carroll, IA. I have also done many overnight stays with pups in which I am willing to get up with them throughout the night for any needs they may have. I can work with any age of puppy ranging from puppy-senior dogs. I’m currently a student at Hawkeye Community College! My schedule can be a big crazy between school, work and dance but I would love to work something out! In my home we have a full fenced in yard and baby gates to keep our dogs from roaming wherever. I am willing to work with any circumstances whether it be standing outside with the dog and watching them or holding them on a leash to ensure their safety and mine.

I will also attend dance team practice three times a week for two hours each time. I have no other current occupation so I have a very open and available schedule. About: I have always loved pets. Throughout my entire life, I have had both cats and dogs, and recently my family adopted a gecko from my stepsister. Pets have always been the center of my day, and I always look forward to seeing my little fur-babies, and taking care of them. With this I have been referred to many family friends to extend the love and care I have for my babies onto their babies. I will always take care of your fur-babies as I would my own. I also am very good at giving pets medicine, as I have done it for a few years now. I am a full time college student at UNI, and I love taking care of animals. Being away at college has made me miss my own animals, so I fill that gap by getting to take care and love other animals, and give other families peace of mind while away. I am super open to any environments, whether it be a fenced in yard, or a yard where I will need to leash the pups/kitties up to take them out. I will listen and obey any instructions the client may give, whether it be for respecting the pets, or respecting the house.

About: I've lived with cats and worked with dogs my whole life. From bathing my grandma's dog to walking pit bulls at the shelter, animals have always been a part of my life. Over the summer I'm looking for work wherever I can take it but mostly open. In the school year I am usually never gone more than 3 hours. I live in a pet friendly basement apartment with air conditioning. There is space for a kennel and other supplies if needed. It's not gigantic is very clean and the complex has a bark park.

About: Hey I'm Syd! I'm a recent UNI graduate with degrees in Criminal Justice + Public Administration. During this season of life I’ve been able to embrace two of my favorite things: pet care + travel! As an avid traveler myself, I recognize the importance of trustworthy pet care. This is why I prioritize honest and reliable communication with pet owners. Going into my last year of college, I launched an in-home pet sitting business serving the Cedar Valley called Traveling Tails Pet Sitting. Traveling Tails allowed me to grow my own pet care experience and also mentor the 6 other sitters that make up our amazing team! One of my most rewarding pet care experiences was when I stayed with a very timid rescue dog named Coco. Coco was very untrusting at first and would not let me near her. However after giving her time and building trust by hand feeding her, we quickly became friends. I loved watching Coco break out of her shell and feel right at home until her family returned! I’m in a transitional season of life at this time which has allowed me to collaborate with owners to create the best schedule for their pets and their needs. I've lived in the same neighborhood for almost my whole life and feel very comfortable taking strolls around the neighborhood. My mom works from home and is almost always around. We live less than a mile away from the dog park and near a beautiful nature reserve and trail we frequent often :)

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life. I currently have a golden retriever and a little tabby cat. I am working towards a pre-vet degree currently. I work full time but I am available in the afternoon. My days off are Sunday/Tuesday so I am more available those days to help! I have lots of experience with all temperaments and sizes of animals. I have a wild, large dog myself but I also have been around cats. I also volunteer at the humane society so I have lots of exposure there too.
