About: I’ve taken care of and owned dogs my whole life. I am very comfortable taking care of dogs that suffer from severe anxiety and will do everything I can to make them comfortable & feel safe. I am off Tuesdays & Fridays and can be home all day with your pup! I love to go on walks with our dog and would either take a separate walk with your dog or have them join us. I have a fenced in yard & safe walking neighborhood. Dogs are welcome on all furniture inside the home. They will get constant cuddles and love.

About: I have taken care of my fluffy dog since I was 8. I’m very well used to medium to large dogs. I love playing or going on walks with them! I take care of my neighbors dog rarely, but I watch over my friend’s puppies often! I have also take care of cats, guinea pigs, and birds. I’m really available any time of the day besides 9-3:30. It’s rare i’m not available because I work for a few hours only! It helps me get out of the house and see animals. Anything really works! I would like to have a listen of directions/preferences. It helps me understand your pets needs and likes! I am very good at understanding stranger’s boundaries and letting them warm up if shy. I am always warm and relaxed which in my experience helps animals to read our reactions. I love going out with pups or just minding my business with a cat. Whatever you and your pet desire, I’m here!

“A day before I was due to leave for a weekend trip to NY I found myself still struggling to figure out arrangements for my 5-year-old chipoo, Dixie. I've never left her overnight with anyone before - only for a few hours here and there with family members. Dixie and I both suffer from separation anxiety (from one another haha) and I began searching online not thinking that I would ever find someone good enough to watch my little girl. When I came across Anita and Kirk, I knew instantly that they shared the same love for dogs as I. Dixie and I went to visit and check things out early the next morning and what amazed me most about Kirk and Anita was their attention and dedication to each animal and their specific needs. My specific need was that my little girl would be able to sleep in bed just as she does at home. Whatever your dog is used to at home, they will replicate it! From the pictures and videos that I received for the two days that I was away, I was able to tell that my baby was being spoiled on the Furry Farm just as much as she is at home. They made sure Dixie was comfortable and they reassured me that she was safe and well taken care of. They are definitely one of a kind and I doubt that I'd ever be able to find that level of treatment, care, attention, and affection with anyone else. I would recommend them over and over again and will certainly be using their services again when needed. I could tell that Dixie was enjoying her stay from the smiles in her pictures and I think that it was a growing experience for both of us and our separation anxiety! Thank you Kirk and Anita!”
