About: I’m so excited to be welcoming pups back into my schedule! I offer attentive, personalized dog walking with a focus on making every outing feel safe, happy, and special. I treat each dog like one of my own, with plenty of affection, patience, and individual attention. While I continue recovering from knee surgery, I’m currently accepting small, easy-to-handle dogs for walks. Whether your pup loves a leisurely neighborhood stroll, lots of sniffing, or a little extra TLC, I’m happy to tailor their walk to their personality and routine 🐾💜 I commute from NYC & The Hamptons, so my schedule varies slightly during the week. I encourage bookings and stays to be planned ahead of the week to ensure consistency and dependability. I provide my own pet-safe wipes to clean paws after outdoor walks, helping keep your home clean while maintaining your pet’s comfort. I’m mindful about the products I use and prioritize gentle, pet-safe options. I always ask before giving any treats and make it a priority to respect both your home and your pet’s routine. I aim to provide thoughtful, considerate care in every environment I’m welcomed into.

“My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. Eric seemed very pleasant and sweet and Penny was a beautiful and lovable dog, whom I wanted to bring home with us. Lol. Glad we picked them for Scrappy. Thank you Maria, Eric and Penny!!! Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs through every stage, from energetic puppies to seniors who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable with dogs with a wide range of personalities, routines, and care needs, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and senior care. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to follow the routine that works best for yours. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved and give you peace of mind while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your dog(s) plenty of attention and keep their routine as consistent as possible. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home, staying in yours, stopping by for a visit, or taking them for a walk, I’ll do my best to follow the schedule they’re already comfortable with. I’m available for weekday and weekend care and can often accommodate morning, daytime, and evening needs. For boarding and house sitting, I’ll make sure we discuss your dog’s normal routine ahead of time — including meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, bedtime, and any special needs, so their days feel as familiar as possible while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first. Before caring for a new dog, I like to learn as much as I can about their personality, routine, health needs, temperament, and any behaviors or situations I should be aware of. I’m also happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand so both you and your dog can feel comfortable. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a slower pace, medication, more frequent potty breaks, or extra attention. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep your dog’s environment safe and secure, and never force an interaction or activity they aren’t comfortable with. When your dog is staying with me, I want them to feel like they’re at home, not at a kennel. I also know how reassuring it is to see that your dog is happy while you’re away. I’ll stay in touch with regular updates and photos, and I’ll always reach out if I have a question or notice anything unusual. My goal is simple: you should feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention.

About: I have cared for my own animals for 20+ years and the older I get the more I love my dog. I currently have a dog named Sage she is a mutt and she is the biggest sweety. She also enjoys other dogs and is the best sister to her 3 cat brothers and sister and Bunny She also is very gentle with our 7 chickens that we let free range. We can keep them in their run if your dog isn’t as comfortable with the birds 😹 I love to take my dog to the beach and get our beach walks in and also chilling in the fenced in backyard. If you would rather your furry to stay home I am also very comfortable house staying. I have been a massage therapist for 25 years and feel very comfortable being in others spaces. Whatever the setting know your pup is safe and cared for like my own. I am currently freelance in my massage business so I have plenty of time and flexibility to spend time and walk your pup. And having a spacious backyard allows for play time too. I have a fenced in yard and also live on a very quiet dead end street in a quiet neighborhood where I enjoy walking the dogs. Where ever I am I always am sure to keep the dogs leashed.
