“My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. Eric seemed very pleasant and sweet and Penny was a beautiful and lovable dog, whom I wanted to bring home with us. Lol. Glad we picked them for Scrappy. Thank you Maria, Eric and Penny!!! I understand dog body language and believe dogs have feelings and miss their people just as much as we miss them! I’ll treat your pup like family, providing a safe, happy, loving home with plenty of attention and affection. My 15 lb, 8 year old dog, Maisy, is sweet, mellow, and loves having a friend to chase squirrels with! She’s happiest with other friendly, easygoing dogs, so very high energy or overly playful pups wouldn’t be the best fit. Think of me as your pup’s personal nanny making sure they’re safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! ❤️ I am my own boss so I make my own schedule . I work from home full time . My dog gets 2 to 3 walks a day . Full run of fenced in back yard and a sunny deck . I have a fenced in yard. I am also close to the beach and can take them for a beach walk . I love throwing a ball or snuggling whatever your pet needs .
