Emily is amazing with my dog, Luna. She is always flexible when it comes to scheduling walks and makes sure Luna has everything she needs. Emily is incredibly caring and loving toward her. Luna gets so excited every time Emily arrives to pick her up for a walk. I really appreciate how thoughtful and reliable she is. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to walk Luna!

About: I've owned and cared for 9 dogs throughout my life, ranging from tiny Maltese and other small breeds to large Saint Bernard's. Every dog I've had has been treated like family, and I bring that same level of love, patience, and care to every pet I look after. Whether it's playtime, walks, feeding, or cuddles, I'll care for your pet as if they were my own. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I have a pup of my own, and we stay active with daily walks, outdoor time, and enrichment activities. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in or regular walks, I can adjust my schedule to meet their needs and keep them comfortable, happy, and well cared for. How I care for your pet depends entirely on how you'd like me to support them and what makes them most comfortable. In my home, pets are treated like family and receive lots of attention, exercise, and affection. While I do not have a fenced-in yard, all outdoor time is supervised, and dogs will be leash-walked unless they have a proven, reliable recall. I am also happy to follow your pet's existing routines, feeding schedules, training preferences, and any special care instructions in either my home or yours.

About: Hi! My name is cade I’ve had a dog most of my life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’ve also spent a lot of time helping friends and family with their dogs, from walks to full-day care. I’m very active and love getting outside, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and attention. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I treat every dog like my own. I’m available most days of the week and always aim to provide reliable, safe, and loving care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m able to be flexible to meet your dog’s needs. I’m available most days of the week for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I have work on Saturdays, so I’m typically unavailable that day, but with enough advance notice I can sometimes make arrangements. During the week, I have a flexible schedule and can provide consistent, reliable care, whether it’s daily walks or extended stays I mainly care for pets in their own homes to keep them comfortable and on their normal routine. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also board at my home if needed, but I do have a friendly dog, so your pet must be dog-friendly.

About: I’ve spent several summers caring for both cats and dogs as well as having them in my house growing up! I absolutely love giving them the attention they deserve, whether that’s playtime, walks, or cuddle time. As a 20 year old college student, I bring lots of energy, patience, and genuine love for animals. I enjoy making pets feel safe, happy, and cared for like they’re part of my own family I currently am a college student with mostly early morning classes, so I am up pretty early. I also am a soccer coach for Wilmington hammer heads which is about 2 hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday nights. Other than that I am extremely flexible and am never busy for long periods of time! Whether I’m in my home or a client’s, safety and comfort always come first. I make sure pets have a clean, secure space, follow their normal routines, and give them plenty of attention so they feel at ease. My goal is to create an environment where pets are happy, loved, and cared for just like they would be with their family.

About: I previously co-founded a dog training business, managing client relationships and operations, but I have since stepped away from it. Prior to that, I worked for Coaching for Paws, a renowned dog training business in northern Connecticut. I have been working with dogs for around five years and have experience with training basic obedience, dog walking, dog sitting, and overall care. I currently have most weekdays free to dedicate to your pups’ needs, which allows me to provide consistent attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks, playing, feeding, or simply keeping them company. Because of my flexible schedule, I am able to accommodate different care needs and maintain reliable routines for pets, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I have lots of experience with different dogs and understand the needs of dogs and owners. I am able to meet any needs or criteria.

About: I'm currently volunteering at Whiskers Cat Rescue cleaning cages and socializing cats. I am comfortable administering medications to cats. I have owned a small dog in the past. My current cats are a wobbly boy with Cerebellar Hypoplasia and a super senior (21yrs!) old lady cat. My schedule is really flexible right now. I'm not free a few times through the week and weekend but for no longer than a few hours. I'm very patient with animals, especially more skittish ones. You need to work with them even if it takes time to develop a relationship or trust.

About: Growing up, I had a Lab and then a Boxer and two cats. I've also helped my aunt at the doggie daycare she runs out of her home where she often has more than 10 dogs at a time. Everything from a Great Pyrenees to German Shepherds to Doodles to Yorkies. And it's always so much fun! The care I'll give your pets will really depend on them and their needs. There's a very large unfenced grass area behind my apartment building that would be perfect for walks or play. And there are multiple parks in the area too we could explore. At yours, I'd keep whatever their normal routine is. Whether that's taking walks, throwing the ball or just sitting and chilling and scratching butts. Their butts of course! About: With a lifelong passion for animals and decades of hands-on experience with personalized pet care, you can rest assured your pet is in great hands while you are away! I have been a show jumping horse trainer for most of my life, and caring for client’s pets while they were away just fell into place! From horses and dogs to a wide variety of different types of pets, I bring my knowledge, empathy, and commitment to every animal. After years of caring for many “regulars” in Santa Barbara, CA while their owners were away, I recently relocated to Roxbury, CT, where I offer high-quality, attentive care in a safe and serene environment. My property spans over three manicured acres, with more than one acre fully fenced and wired—complete with automatically closing gates—providing a secure, pet-friendly space for dogs to play, explore, and relax under supervision. Whether providing in-home pet care, or hosting animals on my property, I treat every pet as if they were my own—with love, patience, and respect. I look forward to meeting new pets and their owners here in CT! I don’t accept pets from different families at the same time, and when I take on caring for your pet, that is my full time job. My dogs tend to like to run errands with me, when weather permits, so your pet is welcome to join, or they are all also welcome to hang inside my home while I am out. I am never gone for longer than 2 hours at a time, and I am yet to leave my dogs outside in the yard when away with all the wildlife around… I adjust to whatever your pet is most used to when they are in their own home. Fenced in and wire lined 1+ acre grass manicured yard and over two acres of manicured grass outside the fenced yard for those pups once they bond with me and will reliably come when called. Your dog can sleep on my bed or in one of the plush dog beds I have around my home. Each door has an alarm system that sounds when the door is opened, and cameras surrounding the property... I always have eyes even when I am out running errands.

About: Hi, my name is Marley, I am currently studying my undergraduate degree at Oregon State University. Since I was 10 years old, I have volunteered at local dog and cat shelters whenever I have a couple open hours within the day: CPR (Companion Pet Rescue, Southbury CT), Heartland Humane Society (Corvallis OR), and Safe Haven Humane Society (Tangent OR). I have been dog sitting and cat sitting for local families for over 5 years just to help out and absolutely love it. I am always responsible of a pet’s health and prioritize them always. I currently have a part-time job where I do not work longer 5 hours in a day, I am also taking classes come September 24, but will easily prioritize checking in on your animals and making the time to care for them! I think that one of the most important jobs as a pet sitter is making sure nothing is rushed, which is why I spend as much time as needed with the animals I watch. I think it is crucial to make sure the animals are happy and healthy both when I arrive and when I leave. I love to take dogs on long walks, play with them outside, and give them the care they need (from feeding to outside time). As for cats, I think they deserve the same amount of attention and I will never pass up the opportunity to give a cat some pets!
