About: I’ve been surrounded by animals throughout my life and have cared for pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities, from small and shy to big, energetic, and outgoing. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable adapting my approach to each pet rather than expecting every animal to respond the same way. I’m confident caring for both small and large breeds, energetic puppies, adult pets, and seniors who may need a little extra patience and attention. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following specific feeding, exercise, or care instructions. About: Growing up, I had a Lab and then a Boxer and two cats. I've also helped my aunt at the doggie daycare she runs out of her home where she often has more than 10 dogs at a time. Everything from a Great Pyrenees to German Shepherds to Doodles to Yorkies. And it's always so much fun! The care I'll give your pets will really depend on them and their needs. There's a very large unfenced grass area behind my apartment building that would be perfect for walks or play. And there are multiple parks in the area too we could explore. At yours, I'd keep whatever their normal routine is. Whether that's taking walks, throwing the ball or just sitting and chilling and scratching butts. Their butts of course! About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life and currently help care for my family’s dogs. Through years of daily experience, I’m comfortable with walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for dogs of different personalities and energy levels. I’ve grown up with labrador retrievers and golden retrievers, so I’m comfortable walking and caring for larger dogs. While I’m new to Rover, I’m dependable, patient, and committed to making every walk safe and enjoyable. I’m currently a graduate student, and I enjoy spending time outdoors with dogs. I’ll treat your pet with the same care and attention I give my own family’s dogs, and I’m always happy to provide updates after each walk. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine, and I have flexibility to schedule walks throughout the week. As a graduate student, I enjoy taking breaks to get outside and stay active, and dog walking is a great way to do that. I currently help my family’s dogs, a black lab and a labrador retriever, by taking them on walks, feeding them, making sure they have fresh water, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention. About: I’m a driven mama and wife looking to accomplish three things: build consistent exercise into my week, put some extra money toward our financial goals, and have 1–3 steady clients whose pups come to look forward to their weekly walks with me! I’ve been a pet owner my entire life and have experience caring for dogs with very different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’ve also owned an aggressive rescue dog, which taught me the importance of reading a dog’s body language, respecting their boundaries, and prioritizing safety. I’m comfortable providing patient, attentive, individualized care and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I’m available for a small number of recurring clients, primarily on Thursday and Friday afternoons and one weekend day. I work a hybrid schedule that allows me to provide consistent midday walks during the week, along with longer walks or enrichment hikes on weekends. I intentionally keep my client list small so I can give each dog the time, attention, and care they deserve while building consistency and companionship. I’m currently offering dog walking and enrichment walks only. I’m not offering pet boarding, overnight stays, or in-home pet sitting at this time. My focus is on providing reliable, one-on-one exercise and enrichment for dogs in their own neighborhood or on local walks and hikes.

They taught me about responsibility, and gave me respect and appreciation for all living creatures. I have experience with many species: popular pets like dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic pets such as ferrets, reptiles and fish. I am proud to say I am a NY state licensed Veterinary Technician with an animal medical background. I’m currently working full time but I like to make time to keep busy during the week with walks, boardings and sittings. I am very flexible. I have the ability to work from home and my husband is home during the day for additional care, when needed. I live in an apartment with a beautiful grassy yard for walking and a nice dog park onsite. I have a spare room for the dog to stay, if needed. I can also accommodate a crate trained dog.
