Rachael did a great job with my dog Harry today! He came home happy & tired so that's a good thing. He ate his dinner quite heartily too, ha, ha! I'm looking forward to having her come back again hopefully on a regular basis for walks & see if we can get some weight off Harry as he is overweight for his size right at this stage in life. Thanks so much Rachael!

About: Hi! My name is cade I’ve had a dog most of my life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’ve also spent a lot of time helping friends and family with their dogs, from walks to full-day care. I’m very active and love getting outside, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and attention. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I treat every dog like my own. I’m available most days of the week and always aim to provide reliable, safe, and loving care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m able to be flexible to meet your dog’s needs. I’m available most days of the week for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I have work on Saturdays, so I’m typically unavailable that day, but with enough advance notice I can sometimes make arrangements. During the week, I have a flexible schedule and can provide consistent, reliable care, whether it’s daily walks or extended stays I mainly care for pets in their own homes to keep them comfortable and on their normal routine. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also board at my home if needed, but I do have a friendly dog, so your pet must be dog-friendly.

We met Katie for a meet and greet and scheduled a dog walk together. I have 2 rescues who are both anxious and get nervous with new people. She has been very patient with them and asked lots of questions to better understand their behaviors. Katie has been great with our dogs and they are warming up to her. I will definitely be booking with Katie again.

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was young, dog-sitting for neighbors and people I know, and I’ve trained my own dogs as well, including my German Shepherd/Doberman rescue. I adore both big and small dogs and love taking high-energy pups on scenic hikes or runs. I prioritize safety, enrichment, and happiness, and I focus on building trust—dogs naturally seem to fall in love with our time together. I’m available most days for walks, hikes, and runs with your dog (rain or shine).I keep my clients local (within about 20 minutes) so I can stay flexible, dependable, and truly attentive. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so dogs can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I stick closely to each dog’s routine and prioritize safety, calm, and trust. I’m very mindful of both your dog and your home, and I focus on creating a relaxed, happy experience that dogs settle into easily.

About: Growing up, I had a Lab and then a Boxer and two cats. I've also helped my aunt at the doggie daycare she runs out of her home where she often has more than 10 dogs at a time. Everything from a Great Pyrenees to German Shepherds to Doodles to Yorkies. And it's always so much fun! The care I'll give your pets will really depend on them and their needs. There's a very large unfenced grass area behind my apartment building that would be perfect for walks or play. And there are multiple parks in the area too we could explore. At yours, I'd keep whatever their normal routine is. Whether that's taking walks, throwing the ball or just sitting and chilling and scratching butts. Their butts of course! Ashley is a delight. She was very communicative and caring about our elderly dog with special needs. We only needed her to come and take him for a walk, but he is blind and deaf and also wears a diaper. She let us know when she got to our house and sent pictures afterwards. We felt very comfortable with her and will definitely be using her again.

About: I have over 4 years of experience pet sitting for dogs, cats, and small animals. I currently work in the Washington/Kent area pet sitting monthly for a family in Kent and babysitting in Washington. I am looking for additional work whether that be walking/feeding or overnight stays. I’m very respectful of my clients’ homes and keep everything clean and organized, just as it was left. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals throughout my life and have cared for pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities, from small and shy to big, energetic, and outgoing. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable adapting my approach to each pet rather than expecting every animal to respond the same way. I’m confident caring for both small and large breeds, energetic puppies, adult pets, and seniors who may need a little extra patience and attention. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following specific feeding, exercise, or care instructions. I understand that shy or anxious pets may need time and space to build trust, while more outgoing pets might be ready for playtime the second I walk through the door! Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ll pay attention to the little things, keep their routine as familiar as possible, and provide plenty of love, patience, and reassurance. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet parents, so you can expect reliable communication and updates while your furry family member is in my care. 🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have the flexibility to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m happy to work around each pet’s established schedule, whether that means morning or evening walks, regular potty breaks, feeding times, medication, playtime, or simply keeping them company. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially when their favorite humans are away, so I make maintaining their normal routine a priority. Whether your pet needs lots of activity and attention or prefers a quieter day filled with naps and cuddles, I’m happy to adjust my schedule to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. 🐾❤️ When I’m caring for your pet in your home, I want them to feel like their routine hasn’t skipped a beat. I’ll follow your instructions closely, from meals, walks, potty breaks, and medications to favorite toys, sleeping spots, and all those little quirks that make your pet uniquely yours. 🐾 Having owned and cared for animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities throughout my life, I’m comfortable with the shy ones who need time to trust, the big personalities who want to play nonstop, and the seniors who just want some extra patience and love. I also know you’re trusting me with two things that mean a lot to you: your pet and your home. I’ll treat both with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. Expect plenty of love, attention, photos, and updates, because being away from your pet is much easier when you can actually see that happy face! ❤️🐶🐱

About: I’ve cared for many different animals throughout my life, including mammals, birds, reptiles/amphibians, exotics, farm animals, and wildlife. I’ve cared for pets of friends and family. I have experience with overnight sitting in the pet’s home. I also have experience caring for senior and special needs animals. I spent 6 months as a volunteer at a vet clinic assisting with exams and surgical procedures, and I am currently exploring career paths in animal sciences and wildlife rehabilitation. I have lots of availability to care for your fur babies! I work part-time as a waitress while exploring different careers in the field of animal behavior and sciences. I have the flexibility to accommodate to your schedule and needs. I can be available on most weekends and holidays. I also accept same-day bookings. I prefer to care for animals in their own home where they feel most comfortable. As well as walking in areas they are familiar with. I always make sure to maintain pet safety in the home such as keeping doors/windows/gates shut and keeping hazardous items and toxic plants out of reach or locked away.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Warren. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Warren.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Warren. On Rover:

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 99% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
