She made herself available to meet with me and be introduced to the animals beforehand, listened intently, and on the day of service followed my instructions with no issues. We chatted for a few minutes on the day of service because there were some unforeseen last minute medication issues/changes and she had no problem adapting and understanding the changes. She also gave them (all 4) individual attention and sent me a photo of each one before she left. I would highly recommend and trust Vivianna to care for your furry four-legged family whether it’s 1 or 4 as I will definitely request her again each & every time.”

About: I’m an animal lover at heart and have been helping care for dogs since I was little, at least 20 years and counting! I “dog-sat” throughout middle and high school for friends, family & neighbors. Happy to walk, play, feed, and then some. About: My household currently contains 2 black cats and a pitbull mix! I live for the chaos and love that animals bring into a home! I have potty trained young puppies, given an inhaler to a stubborn cat and many more things! I have a flexible full time work schedule and I often come home at lunch or work from home to hang out with my pets. I prefer to keep pets in their familiar environment and visit them. I find that reduces stress and allows for me to build a better relationship with the animal.

I am a student so my preference is sitting at the clients homes, or sitting them at my home. i love thorough communication with my clients and prefer to know what i am welcome to in the home, where to go etc. (I will always respect client boundaries!)
