“Rachel is so reliable! This is our second time having her walk our dogs, and she is so good to them. An excellent communicator as well. We will be using her more in the future for sure!”

“Lauren did great caring and walking my rescued Yorkie. He’s a shy boy and she was patient with him to leash and walk him. Appreciate Lauren’s help!”

About: I am confident with dogs, I love taking them on walks or playing fetch. I love the exercise that comes with high energy dogs, and the snuggles that come with low energy dogs. Old dogs that need a little help deserve a little extra love too! I work part time as a hairstylist and I want to fill the rest of my time doing something that makes me happy! I love physical exercise, I love animals, so I know that I can help pet owners! (I also love animals snuggles) I’ll be honest, I didn’t grow up with dogs. But I’ve loved them for as long as I can remember. As a small kid I remember walking up to a big dog, and two adults (my mom and the dogs owner) trying to stop me because the dog wasn’t great with little kids, but this dog just licked my face and let me pet it. If I’m walking down the street and see a dog, you best believe I’m going to ask you to pet them. I have grown up with a cat my whole life, giving them medications throughout kitten-hood and adulthood. I think animals of any kind provide the best amount of happiness for a person.

“Stephanie has cared for our golden retriever on 3 separate occasions. Her loving care for our dog, combined with her professionalism and excellent communication, are exemplary. We will call on Stephanie again in the future and recommend her in the highest terms possible.”

“Gwen was amazing and we will definitely continue to ask her to help us with our dog. We recently moved and finding Gwen on River is a huge gift! Thank you so much.”

Experienced with harnesses, leashes, and free roaming yard dogs. Attentive and alert as my own dog is on heart medication affecting bladder control. Consistent monitoring and supervision when expected for your furry friend(s)!

“Jennifer did an amazing job watching our 2 beagles and while we were away! I love that she sent sent us pictures every day and she took the time to come over and meet the dogs beforehand and spent plenty of time getting to know them! I will definitely be using Jennifer in the future!”

About: I have always loved pets(especially dogs) and seeing their happy faces makes my day! If I can help anyone by easing the stress of the day AND I get to see a dog-everyone wins! I work a few hours in the morning and have most all afternoons/evenings available. I’m very flexible and am willing to drive within 5-10 miles to help out. Everyone’s home is their sanctuary and I understand letting someone new in can be scary. I’ve always been respectful of peoples homes and boundaries. Plenty of people have trusted me to help their pets over the years

About: I grew up with dogs and have had an extensive career in the Animal Health Industry, selling veterinary pharmaceuticals for 25 years, and also working as a client services representative at a busy emergency and referral veterinary center. Not only did I grow up with dogs but I have had my own dogs as an adult, which I actually got because the family I was sitting for could no longer keep them and asked if I would like to make it a permanent situation. I cared for both of them into their senior years and became proficient at managing their medical conditions that arose from aging (diabetes and canine cognitive disorder). My two boys required very extensive care and routine insulin administration for my diabetic as well as additional medications that I became very proficient in administering, even if they were particular about taking pills, etc. I am very knowledgeable in how to manage multiple dogs at once, how to keep dogs safe in various environments, and a good eye for anything that may indicate they may not be feeling their best. When I had my guys, I would often trade sitting and walking favors with my fellow dog owners so I have had a lot of experience sitting for and walking other dogs throughout my life. My goal is to give peace of mind to dog owners that they can go on vacation, business trips, day trips, or just out anywhere, and they will know that their dog is in great, loving hands. I am currently working full-time but I am off on Thursdays and Fridays and I can also take on pets in the evenings after work. When sitting for your pet I can take them out on my lunch hour if necessary. I would follow any requests that you have in order to make your pet as comfortable as they are when you are there. I am very familiar with local walking trails and parks that are pet friendly.

About: I've worked at a vet clinic for over two years, dealing with all different types of dogs and their needs. I've also had dogs my whole life. I work at a vet clinic full time, and I am now in college so I usually am available on weekends and at night, but that depends on the week. Some weeks, I'm much more available! However, stopping for potty breaks would be easy for me! I would not be able to care for pets in my home since I have two other dogs. However, I am happy to take care of the pets in your home.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid (mainly dogs) with the utmost level of care and attention to each pet’s unique needs. I grew up in a family of 11 where we had multiple dogs throughout my childhood. I am the go to dog sitter for my friends and family, as I am single and live alone and am always open to having a furry friend in my home. My ex and I shared a dog who was a rescue and required a lot of extra care and attention. I am experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and especially love taking dogs for long walks. I work from home most days and take multiple walks throughout to keep my body moving. I can take your pet on long, extensive walks or hikes, or tailor our walks to their ability. I’m a very caring and nurturing person, and will take the best care of your pet. I work in sales and when I am not on the road visiting my customers around Wisconsin, I work from home. My weeks never typically look the same, however I am available typically every day whether it be during the day (mornings, lunch time) or after 5. I have a 2-bedroom large apartment in downtown Delafield that is pet friendly. I do not have any pets of my own, but my apartment is very animal friendly and there is plenty of walking trails and sidewalks all around me.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I love to walk and play with them and also have snuggle time if they like that. My schedule is flexible to accommodate their needs! I’m retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pet in my home or come to your home for check-ins and walks. I have a fenced yard and am close to a local state park for long walks. I also live in a very walkable subdivision. I don’t mind a well behaved pet on furniture.

“Jenny was so kind to my puppy. My puppy loved walking with her, she took Streator care of him and he came back happy and tired. She was great about stopping for water breaks on a hot day. She was also so flexible when I had a last minute schedule change. Highly recommend!”

“Thanks for doing a great job with Mira!”

About: I’m active, reliable, and always make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Plus, I provide frequent updates so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pup is in great hands! I’ve had experience doing drop ins for my neighbors energetic dogs while they were away and boarding my parents dogs for extended periods of times making sure they felt at home! Whether the dog is young, energetic, and loves going on runs or like slow, leisurely walks, I’m your girl! I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin Madison and I studied Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies. I’m enjoying my summer post grad at home with my family and pets until September when I’m relocating to Nashville, TN to pursue a career in Marketing. I’m available any day of the week to take care of and love your pets! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, making sure they feel comfortable, well-fed, and, of course, loved! I have experience dog sitting for my neighbor’s energetic pup, so I’m used to keeping dogs active, engaged, and happy with regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also make sure to keep pet parents updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. Whether it’s a couch cuddle session or outdoor adventure, your pet will feel right at home with me.

About: I've been around animals all my life, from guinea pigs and rabbits, to cats and dogs, to even giant sea turtles! I worked in the veterinary industry for about 10 years as well as a summer at the Milwaukee County Zoo in the Aquatic and Reptile Building. I am comfortable with medication for most animals, fear free handling if needed, but I'm also willing to take my time with more shy pets. I currently have a lab mix who is about 70 lbs, two cats with different medical concerns, and an 11 year old rabbit. As far as my own pets, I do all the care for them in my home. For my working schedule, I am available most mornings after 7:15 am until 2 pm during the week. I am able to do some weekends as well, depending on the situation. I know dogs who are runners well, as my dog very much one! We do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a tie out for my dog, as well as a leash and harness for her for walks and car trips (as well as a seatbelt!). I understand the stress of putting someone in charge of your pets and the care that must be taken. I will always put your pets safety first and make sure all the clips, locks, and bolts are secure before leaving the home.
