“We’ve always used family members to look after our fur babies, but this time they came on vacation with us, and we were left with no one to look after Riley and Murphy. Thank goodness we found Susan – she was absolutely terrific! Right off the bat when we first met Susan, we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. During the time away Susan sent us text messages and photos which really put our minds at ease. Our one cat, Murphy, is very timid and doesn’t usually come out while strangers are around. Susan was concerned when he wouldn’t come out for dinner. I reassured her that he would come out when he got hungry. I ratted Murphy’s hiding spot out, and she was able to feed him there the next day. I had to laugh when I received the text that she was “quite determined to make friends with Murphy.” By the end of the week Murphy was coming out for dinner and even let Susan pet him! I knew she would win him over 😊 We would not hesitate to use Susan again to look after not only our kitties but our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Susan! About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.
“I, and my dog Lucy, were so pleased with the care provided by Maria and Nayibe. I love that they had mostly small dogs and a large yard they could run around it. Lucy ran and played and came home tired, she was fed during the day as asked and, once or twice, got her meds from them. Lucy loved her visits. I recently lost my fur baby Buddy in May 2026 but his memories made us get a new fur baby Kisna who is a 4.5lbs Pomchon and very social. Kisna is great with people including children of all ages and small sized puppies and dogs. If your pup is ok with small sized pup, please consider me for your boarding and petsitting needs. I am currently in between the jobs, hence have a lot of time to cuddle the fur babies and make them feel special. Please check my calendar for availability. I only offer petsitting and petboarding through my home. Not available for petsitting at owners' home. I would prefer a meet and greet before accepting to provide care for your pet because they can sense people's energy better than humans. I have been taking care of my furbaby since 11 years.
