About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the last 18 years, since I was six years old! I understand that pets are members of the family, and I will treat your pets with care and compassion! I can walk, run, play or do whatever is necessary to make your pets happy! I work from home with flexibility, so I am available at most hours of the day to walk. In the evenings, I am free whenever for home stays. I can care for pets in my clients homes. There is a potential they can stay in my home for short stays as well, which is in a peaceful, residential neighborhood.

About: Hi thanks for considering me for the care of your tiny baby! I’ve been pet sitting full time in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa area (I am now in Gainesville, FL) for over 4 years now but in that time I’ve met over a dozen new families! It feels crazy that I've made lifelong connections with something that was just supposed to be part time. (If you can’t tell I LOVE my job and enjoying connecting and caring for every new family.🥰 ) I took about a year off, only pet sitting for my regulars but now that I'm settled into Gainesville I'm opening my schedule for new clients! As much as I love cuddling and playing trust is everything and if you have an especially anxious pup or just mistrusting, I can give them the space they need and show them they can trust this new person in their house by taking things at their speed. I’m great for last minute plans so you don’t have to worry about where your baby is going or if they’ll get enough loving while you’re away. :) I like to live an active lifestyle walking at the beach or finding a new trail. As far as a daily routine I like to adapt to whatever the dog or cat's schedule is but at the end of the night love ending up on the couch cuddling watching tv! Since I do this full time my schedule is according to my client's pretty simple. On my days off though I still like to keep a routine sleeping until my cat cries for wet food, stretching, and journaling every single morning. Throughout the week I do strength training and am taking an online bookkeeping class. Safety for me and you pet is always going to be number one over everything. If a dog or cat feels unsafe, things can only go down from there. The key is to give a fearful or uncomfortable pet SPACE and let them come to me.

About: I've interned at a animal clinic for a year, and and have taken care of an elderly dog who needed medicine and rescue dogs. my goal is to make your pet feel at home even when you're gone. I can walk you're dog as much as they need it, I see it as a priority. The rescue I sat for was called "Compassiant Pet Rescue" located in South Florida, In high school I took part in a vet class where I earned my certificate; I interned at a pet clinic for a year, and volunteered at the Humane Society for 2 years giving the dog love and affection, cleaning cages and working in the kids camp,Before working as a camp counselor I was in the camp since the age of seven. About: Since middle school, I have grown up caring for many different animals. I was responsible for the care of my pets; including two rabbits, three guinea pigs, a leopard gecko, and four snakes. All of these pets lived a very lavish and spoiled life. During high school, I used my volunteer hours fostering dogs, rehabilitating them for their forever homes. The care for these dogs included feeding, walking/playing, training, and medical care. I started working in the veterinary medicine field almost two years ago. This field has given me the experience of providing compassionate medical care, no matter the patient. I am now a full time student studying for radiology. I am a full time student, in which I attend classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am free in the early mornings and late afternoons of those two days. The rest of the week is completely free besides the 2-3 hours I spend studying for school. I tend to be very watchful with pets and do not like to let animals out without some sort of lead unless your yard is fenced in. I will always prioritize safety over anything else to ensure a safe and positive experience for all parties involved. I also ask that I be either provided an emergency contact and/or a preferred veterinary caretaker in case (god forbid) an emergency does come up. I also ask that if a pet is receiving medications, there are clear directions with clear times to administer medications.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and even an axolotl. I had a senior dog up until last year, so I am very familiar with caring for older dogs. I am also the designated cat sitter for my friend’s cat who is leash trained and loves going on walks! I am home for winter break until mid-January with absolutely no plans, so I am available most days and nights for dog walking, house sitting, etc.! About: Hello! I have been an animal lover/owner all my life. I currently have a pup named Page who is a year and 2 months old and a previous pet Mia, who was epileptic and took daily medications to thrive. This helped to build my love and patience for pets! We enjoy going for car drives, exploring new trails, and beach days when the weather permits. I know that there can be angst when it comes to having to book a pet sitter as I too just started using the service. I have met some amazing pet care givers and decided I would love to try my hand since I have had so many years of experience with puppies, cats and adult dogs. My home space is very peaceful. I have a back yard that is fenced in for play time or just to sun bathe. I am also open to coming to your home for your convenience. I am a current University of Florida student. I have 1-3 classes per day no longer than 3 consecutive hours, so I can fit in pet care nearly anytime during the week or weekends. About: I have been taking care of dogs for about six years now, I started helping my sister when she originally joined Rover. It got to the point where we had our regulars and their dogs became family to us! Long story short, she moved and I still have a few regulars, but I have some extra time on my hands because of my school schedule and am excited to meet some new pets :) I am currently a student at UF (last semester woohoo!) and have classes Tuesdays-Thursdays. About: I have spent my whole life with pets and have always struggled with who will watch my pet while I am working or traveling. If I’m just doing a drop-in visit or a walk she won’t be with me. I will leave her at my home. About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.
