That means I have 4 full days off every week to dedicate to caring for your pets. My shifts rotate, but I always know my schedule in advance, so I can plan pet care reliably. I also work every other weekend, which leaves me with plenty of flexibility on weekdays and some weekends free as well. On my days off, I’m home and fully available for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. How I Care for Pets in My Home: In my home, dogs are treated like family. I live in a pet-friendly space with room to play and easy access to walking trails. My own Golden Retriever, Lexie, is gentle and social, so visiting pups have a built-in buddy if they’re comfortable with other dogs. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. Safety always comes first — I make sure the environment is secure, supervise play, and follow any instructions you provide to keep your pup happy and comfortable. How I Care for Pets in a Client’s Home: When I’m in your home, I do my best to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel secure. That includes feeding at the same times, daily walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any medications or special care instructions. I always respect your home and keep it as I found it, while giving your pets the attention and companionship they’re used to when you’re there. You’ll also get regular updates and photos so you know they’re in good hands.

About: I assisted in training Golden Retriever puppies for over a year, I worked at a Doggie Daycare for 2 years, I have a 2 year old Golden Retriever of my own, and have worked with senior dogs! I’m currently trying to make pet care my full-time job. With that being said, I will be available practically all the time. I spend most of my day with my dog, and I already board/walk/do in-home visits for the old daycare I worked for. I have a fenced-in yard, that wraps around my house. It’s a pretty big yard. My basement is fully stripped, so hanging inside if it’s raining is no big deal! I have air conditioning to keep the pups cool, as well as a kiddy pool that the dogs can swim in!

I take walks around the blocks as much as 3 to 4 times a day so your pet will get plenty of exercise. I can also do quick dog feeding if you wont be home in time to feed your pet, or if your pet needs a quick walk . Looking forward to my dog fun! About: I have taken care of my own animals as well as family friends for 20 years. Always been the go to sitter. I have administered medication and cared for sick dogs and well as boarded puppies. Love the outdoors and taking long walks. Good size fenced in back yard where we enjoy playing Fetch! I am currently a stay at home mom with lots of time to play and walk.
