Kovu is a Husky and has a lot of energy and sass. I really appreciated the structure he keeps with all the dogs in his home, I felt very assured that Kovu would be safe and cared for. I got pictures and some videos daily, he always seemed to be having a lot of fun and getting along really well with the other pups. “We’re so grateful to Emma for taking such wonderful care of Puff. Before the stay, she even scheduled a meet-and-greet to make sure Puff was comfortable and to go over everything he might need—food schedule, rules, medications, and emergency contacts. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated with thoughtful messages and great photos of Puff looking happy and relaxed on walks. Communication was excellent—Emma was responsive, flexible with scheduling, and very accommodating at both drop-off and pick-up. Puff came home calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. Emma created a warm, family environment that made Puff feel right at home. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we both felt secure and confident, and I know Puff is already looking forward to his next visit!
I feel so grateful we found Khauan and Sibylle to watch our dogs. I immediately found their gentle and friendly energy to be the assurance I needed to hand off my baby for a week. They sent photos every day with an update on how my dog Wednesday was doing. I was able to enjoy my vacation and relax knowing she was in good hands. My dog requires some extra medical attention and lots of supplements, making her food is like an episode of The Bear, lol. But they handled it perfectly and she came home happy.
As always, Kristy and Darin took incredible care of our big guy. This was our first long vacation in ages, and they completely put our minds at ease. Helping monitor Goose post-surgery was no small task, but they handled it like pros, managing daily meds, wrangling him into his surgery suit, and keeping him comfortable. Kristy’s communication was absolutely top-notch.
This was the first Rover stay, I was anxious, stressed and nervous about the process. Messed up my times, dates, but Genuinely couldn’t have booked such a wonderful person to watch our Lab. Patient, kind, understanding, easy to work with, laidback, and made us feel that Chico was in great hands while we were away. Appreciated the updates, questions and all the attention that was given to a very loved and missed pet.
Chloe was a lifesaver this weekend when a miscommunication with our usual boarding place left us scrambling. She was fast to respond and very communicative with photos and notes all weekend. Our pup came home happy and tired which tells us he had a great time. We would definitely use Chloe again!
Thank you for the heart full care for B! We enjoyed lots of photos and videos that Adriana sent to us during our trip. And we saw how much she was loved at her stay. Adriana is such a sweet girl and has a wonderful family. We definitely will ask for B again soon!
