I know how important it is to feel your fur baby is happy and cared for while you’re away, and I’d love to help with that. My partner and I adopted our pup at 8 weeks old about 4 years ago, so I totally get those wild puppy days (and sharp little teeth!). I’ve also watched friends dogs and spent weeks at a time cat sitting for my sister over the years and loving getting to learn their little personalities and form bonds with them. I’d love to get to know your pet and make sure they feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled while we’re together. I’m just getting started here and would be happy to learn about your pet’s needs and can be flexible with scheduling as needed. I am not currently working and can adjust to your pets schedule as needed. Trust and safety are my top priority wherever I am! My place has a fenced in yard, but my dog can be reactive and is not cat friendly. If you’d like to have your dog stay with me, I’d prefer to do a slow introduction with them before a long stay. When I’m at your place, I will care for it as my own. Before our first walk, I’d love to learn as much about your pet’s needs as possible to ensure I’m providing the best care while you’re away!

About: I have 12 yrs of experience in taking care care of dogs. I can do basic grooming. My mom and I put our effort in helping street dogs since 2016 and had saved more than 80 dogs. So I am good at getting along with all different dogs. Also, based on my experience, I can deal with different kinds of minor health issues and emergency situation. I currently work from home as a UIUX designer so I have a very flexible schedule. So basically I’m free 24/7 and am able to rearrange my time to fit with your schedule. About: My love of animals started as a young child, however my parents were always hesitant to have any pets in the house. Everything changed when a litter of abandoned newborn kitties were found in the bushes in our backyard. I helped bottle feed them and raise them to be indoor/outdoor cats. Once I went to college and had to leave my kitties behind, I realized something was missing from my life. As soon as I was old enough to adopt, I ran to the shelter and took home my first dog. And everyone knows you can’t just have ONE dog. They get lonely and need a friend! Long story short, at one time I had 4 dogs, ranging from big to small. Recently, one of my pups had passed away suddenly, which had me questioning a whole lot of things. I figured I could join a community of animal lovers and help out with their pets so that I can slowly save and raise money - paws for a cause! The pup that passed away changed my life and my dream is to open up a rescue/sanctuary in her name! You will not be disappointed if you let me help out with your fur babies! I currently work a flexible hybrid schedule and am able to move around my work hours as needed to help care for your fur babies. About: I had a family dog for 14 years and gave it all the love during its time with our family. The last five years my dog developed glaucoma and had a strict medicine routine that I had to follow to help with this issue. After that, I was a baby sitter for 3 years and also walked the family dog in the evenings. Since then, I have helped look over my friend’s/roomates dogs while they have been away. I have also been a cat sitter for my friend’s cats. I believe all furry friends deserve love and care, especially when they are away from their owners! At the moment, I am available evenings throughout the week, and I am very flexible on weekends. My schedule may change in mid August as I will return to school. I am great at following instructions and if needed, I will follow up for any clarification on questions. I aim to follow the furry friend’s routine, give them play time, and/or any desired care needed.

“Sofia was a wonderfu dog sitter for our dog Mookie. Sofia sent pictures of how Mookie was doing throught our absence and I was glad to see how happy Mookie appeared to be. She followed my long list of instructions for our dog to a tea. Mookie came from a rehoming situation and it was apparent she had been subjected to some past abuse. I was concerned that it would be a hard task for Sofia but she handled it like a pro. Would recommend Sofia to anyone and I will be using her again in the future.”
