About: I have owned my own animals for 22 years. I have worked in 2 profesional kennels and I am certified in dog and cat first aid. And i am certified in animal behaviors. I am currently working a part time job. But I will do anything in my power to be there for your animals when needed and as needed. Where I live ccurrently I am no allowed to have any animals in my home. But when I come to other people's homes I am very respectful and will only enter in the areas I will need to for the animals.

About: I have lived with dogs for over 10 years. I have experience caring for both small and large dogs. At this time I do not work with pit bulls and Rottweilers. I work from home as a consultant so I have a lot of flexibility with my time to meet the needs of your furry friends! I have a 50 acre yard that is unfenced. Unless your dog has passed obedience training and will respond to come, I typically will use a leash outside. We have a smoke-free home. We have a border collie mix who is very gentle. We do not take care due to my husband’s car allergy. I am a runner and with your prior approval, I can even take your pooch on a scenic run!

About: I have cared for dogs of many breeds & sizes from a young age. I love dogs like they are family, and your dog will be treated as family when they stay in my care. They will receive cuddles, pets, a playmate, walks, and many other services to give them the best experience! I'm currently working during the week and have weekends off. My work schedule is flexible, so I am able to run home a couple times during my work day to check on the dogs and give them potty breaks. I am able to do walks in the evening during the week, and anytime on the weekends. I have two very friendly dogs living in my home. They love making new friends! I also have a fully fenced backyard and a doggy door so they can go outside & come inside as they please.

About: My family had the most wonderful dog as I was growing up. We now have two cats. I struggle to see animals suffering and want them to be taken care of. My cat had babies one time and I stayed up in the night to keep one of them alive. I am working part-time and am looking for ways to make money that are more flexible than an 8 hour shift schedule. My sister and I love animals and would be happy to give a good place to sleep to one and get some exercise along with them! We have a fenced yard and a neighborhood with some nice dogs to enjoy passing by on walks. There are two outdoor cats as well that we make sure dogs have some space from because they do not like dogs. These cats sleep outside the house, so there will be no problems with that.

About: I love dogs! When I was in Seattle, I would walk dogs along the beach and in the neighbourhood. I grew up with German Shepherds, so big dogs are my favourite, but I love small as well. I mostly work from home, so I can be pretty accommodating around your schedule. I mostly work from home but have a part time job during the week. My weekends are usually open. I am not able to accommodate your pet in my home, but I can come to you and take your dog on long walks. Let me know ahead of time if your dog(s) are good with other dogs, crate trained, leash trained, and potty trained. Though I don't board multiple families dogs at the same time, I need to know how your pup will interact with others on the streets. Your pup will not be in the crate while I am home, but if I need to step out, I would prefer them in their crate.

About: I have experience in taking care of dogs from extra small to extra large. I love pets and they seem to love me as well. I am a full-time stay at home mom, I am available for pet-care 24/7! I have plenty of time on my hands to provide the needs of your pet. :) I have a fenced in yard, with a dog of my own who is friendly and will keep your pet company! I also have crates of all sizes for overnight care.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life from puppies to seniors. I’ve also taken care of foster dogs, having to bottle feed and administer medication, as well as many hours of volunteering at the humane society. I have a very flexible schedule as a student, and I am only typically gone about 3 hours max at a time. Weekends are free for me, and I have roommates that can check up on them if I am not around. Pets in my home have a large area to roam as well as a back yard they may roam free in. I am active so hikes and walks can be frequent. As well as doggy play dates if permission is given. Depending on the client if I am making home drop ins I will do whatever is asked of me

Ariel H.
“Ariel was an amazing pet sitter and walker to my 7 year old Maltese I’ve used her a few times since using Rover and I will use her every-time I need to leave the house without my baby. Definitely a 10 out 5 girl”

Ryan W.
“Ryan is the most caring and loving dog mom I have ever met. She is firm when needed, but overall has a calm demeanor that is often mirrored by the dogs that she is surrounded by. Ryan always tries to keep her dogs healthy and happy by taking them on daily walks, if not long, adventurous hikes in the surrounding areas. She herself is drawn to nature and always makes sure that her furry companions are along for the experience. She has my full confidence every time that she watches after my own pup and I can always tell that he had a great time.”

Claire P.
“I absolutely recommend Claire Pickett as a caregiver and petsitter. I have known her since I got to U of A and she has watched not only my dog, but various other pets of our friends, multiple times. Each time I (or another friend) trust her to watch my animal, we are delighted with the care that pet received. Claire is an animal lover with a soft spot for big dogs, however she loves cats and small dogs as well. She has been sure to get my dog a ton of exercise and play time, she has fed him correctly, and she has gone above and beyond by taking cute pet photos! Claire is a responsible, competent adult with a big heart and a love for animals. 10/10 recommendation.”
